The time and effort they put into your initial setup.
Step by step guidance, Professional, Clean dashboards and UI friendly.

**What do you dislike about guestXM?**

The only feedback is to make more video tutorials.

Give it a try. There is so much more you can do with this platform that a demo is necessary to really see the possibilities of this platform.

Social media integration with our stores.
More insight into our guest that enjoy our coffee.
With benefits like automation, brand growth, improve service & quality.

**What do you like best about guestXM?**

ATH makes it really easy for us to keep track of the many reviewes we get. We never miss to respond anymore and get really nice analytics about what our customers think! Also, the ATH team is just incredible and always there for us!!

**What do you dislike about guestXM?**

Nothing to not like!! We are very happy with the services and will continue to work with ATH.

Go for it, you won't regret :)

**What problems is guestXM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ATH saves us A LOT of time and headache! We get such a good overview and great reports and don't have to do anything more than reply.

**What do you like best about guestXM?**

AreTheyHappy is an effective tool to communicate with all of our guests, as well as providing insights and analytics for each location as well as the brand. 

**What do you dislike about guestXM?**

When looking at insights about tagging, I would like there to be a way to see the insights for the entire brand as well as each location. 

**What problems is guestXM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to effectively communicate with our guests on multiple platforms. This allows us to provide the best experience for them.
