# What's the best online reputation management software for multi-location businesses?

I've been mapping out what's the best online reputation management software for multi-location businesses for a brand managing reviews across dozens of storefronts, and the trap at multi-location scale is a tool built for a single business location that can't roll up reporting across sites. Here's what stood out in the Online Reputation Management category on G2.

Birdeye. Built with multi-location rollups and location-level dashboards as a core feature rather than an add-on. Best for brands needing per-location and rollup reporting together.

SOCi. Designed specifically for multi-location brands managing local social and reputation at scale across many storefronts. Best for large multi-location brands with heavy local marketing needs.

Reputation. Enterprise-focused platform with reporting built for comparing performance across locations and regions. Best for enterprise brands needing cross-location benchmarking.

Yext. Strong on listings consistency across locations, which matters when the same business name and hours need to be correct on dozens of directories at once. Best for brands prioritizing listings accuracy across locations.

Synup. Combines listings management and review monitoring aimed at franchises and multi-location operators. Best for franchise operators managing many storefronts.

Worth being honest that at multi-location scale, the harder problem is often internal, who at each location is actually responsible for responding to reviews, not which platform aggregates them. The best rollup dashboard doesn't help if nobody local owns the response.

For anyone managing reputation across multiple locations, which platform's rollup reporting actually got used by regional managers, and which one just sat there as a dashboard nobody checked?

The point about ownership at each location being the harder problem is the most useful thing in the post. Adding to it, the rollups that actually get used tend to be the ones a regional manager can act on in the same view, rather than ones that require exporting and chasing. Birdeye pairing location-level dashboards with the rollup is interesting for exactly that reason, since the roll-up and the accountable unit are the same screen.
