
What stood out most about Growbots was their incredible attentiveness and partnership-oriented approach. From day one, their team (especially our account manager Anna) took the time to deeply understand our business, goals, and industry nuances. They were exceptionally friendly, always available, and genuinely listened to what we needed. They didn’t just run a playbook - they collaborated with us to build one. They shared business development best practices that we still use to this day, helped us troubleshoot inbox deliverability with creativity and care, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we saw value, including offering extra credits when needed. While our overall experience was very positive, the only challenge we faced was with email deliverability, which impacted the volume of warm responses. That said, this wasn’t due to a lack of effort on Growbots’ part - they worked diligently to troubleshoot, offered generous solutions, and stayed proactive throughout. Despite the deliverability issues, we still booked a meaningful number of discovery calls that led to fruitful conversations.
