I use EV Reach every day. EV Reach saves me a lot of footwork. I can use it to remote into users' computers from my office and solve the easier problems that can be handled with a simple remote session. That feature alone saves me tons of time to work on computers and devices in need of repair. **What do you dislike about EV Reach?** As for the downsides to EV Reach, I honestly wish the center of the screen would go to dark mode like the rest of the screen. After a long day in front of the screen, it would be nice to not have to strain the eyes reeding black letters on a white screen. Although, one improvement would be to disable the keyboard for the Remotee's PC when focussed on the window, as pressing the Windows key will open the start menu for both the Remotee and the user. **What problems is EV Reach solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a great time saver, being able to remote into any pc in the company, and fix problems from your desk. Furthermore, it helps everyone in general as users are more likely to ask for the support they need if they know it is there. ### 32.
