As a 5th-semester B.Sc. student, Google Workspace is a lifesaver for me. I mainly use Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive. I have to write a lot of long monographs, project reports, and lab records for my Physics, Chemistry, and Forensic Science subjects. Google Docs makes writing and formatting super easy. Plus, Google Drive gives me a safe place to store all my study materials, PDFs, and trace evidence photos from practicals. It's great, but sometimes formatting complex mathematical equations and derivations for my physics assignments can be a bit frustrating in Google Docs compared to MS Word. Also, you need a stable internet connection for the auto-save to work perfectly. What I like best about Google Workspace is that it gives our organization one shared and reliable environment to manage daily work. We use it to communicate, organize documents, collaborate on files, schedule meetings and keep track of different activities across the team. The main downside is that Google Workspace works best when everything stays inside the Google ecosystem. When we need to collaborate with people or organizations that mainly use Microsoft Office or other tools, sometimes formatting, permissions or file compatibility can become less smooth.

I mainly use Google Workspace for managing my team's daily work and I really like its real-time collaboration features. What I like least is that we had to purchase the service through a third-party partner rather than contracting directly with Google. Although the partner company we work with is excellent and always responds in the best way possible, I still prefer having a direct subscription and official support from Google itself. I love the UI and UX, and I really like how all the different tools connect so easily. Everything works so smoothly that we rarely, if ever, need support with Google Workspace. Having Gemini linked across the tools is amazing, and the value of AI being integrated into each one is genuinely helpful.
