**What do you like best about GiveCampus?**

I like GiveCampus because of the ability to use virtual wallets as a third party, which is something we typically can't do on our own. The platform's ease of use stands out for me, especially as it's very easy for users who aren't used to it to build campaigns and know what to do on the back end. Additionally, the easiness for the donor experience is great, making it very simple and quick for donors to make their gifts.

**What do you dislike about GiveCampus?**

I don't love their support. It is email based, and now they just moved to an AI version. So I would just prefer some live support options that they could give.

**What problems is GiveCampus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GiveCampus for fundraising, like days of giving and small campaigns. It's easy to build campaigns, and the virtual wallet option helps. The donor experience is quick and simple.

I love using GiveCampus because it provides an excellent solution for online giving, accommodating various payment methods effortlessly. The platform offers a great one-stop-shop experience with a clean interface, which significantly enhances our fundraising activities. What stands out most about GiveCampus is its user-friendly management aspect, making it easy for me to handle tasks efficiently. This ease of management translates into a simple and straightforward process for donors to make gifts, ensuring a positive experience for them. Additionally, having an outstanding representative like Travis Sewell enhances the overall experience, as he offers insightful best practices and support for any questions I might have, making him an invaluable partner to us. His expertise across both fundraising front-end and services sides means he effectively helps with both donor-facing activities and technical concerns, making what could be challenging tasks super easy. Overall, the combination of these features and support makes GiveCampus a highly valued tool in our fundraising efforts.

GiveCampus doesn't present any major issues for me, but there are some smaller features I would like to see implemented. I've discussed these with Travis Sewell, our representative, who has been receptive and shared these suggestions with the engineering team.

The best thing about GiveCampus is its user-friendly interface and seamless donation process. It makes it easy for donors to support their favorite causes and for organizations to manage their fundraising efforts. GiveCampus is solving several problems for my university. One of the main problems it addresses is the challenge of engaging and connecting with alumni, donors, and potential donors. By providing a platform for online giving, fundraising campaigns, and alumni engagement, GiveCampus makes it easier for us to reach out to their community and cultivate a culture of philanthropy.

Additionally, GiveCampus offers solutions for streamlining the donation process, tracking fundraising progress, and providing analytics to help us make data-driven decisions. This not only benefits the university by increasing fundraising revenue and alumni engagement but also creates a more efficient and effective way to manage our fundraising efforts.

Overall, GiveCampus is solving the problem of outdated and inefficient fundraising methods, and by doing so, it is benefiting the us by helping build stronger connections with our community and raise more funds to support our mission and initiatives.

**What do you like best about GiveCampus?**

Right now, I am really like GC Events. It makes online registration easy for our alumni community. Also, the staff are great!

**What do you dislike about GiveCampus?**

I wish you could call support. Sometimes I block a few hours to work on a GC project and if I get caught on something and I need to email support, it might become a longer process. Maybe it is because I am older too, but I feel like I could get instant answers if I could call someone.

I just attended a session on GC Outreach, which could help us with email commuincations with our alumni and donors.

GC giving platform is great. Super responsive and easy to use!

Events platform could use some work for UX. Volunteer platform is not helpful at all. Onboarding of system was very poor.

We have a full suite and only use the giving platform becuase the others just dont work as well as other platforms.

I love the ease of use and ability to create simple, effective campaigns. I can add as much or as little detail as needed, and have the ability to meet my donors where they are. The GC platform has been great, especially for giving days and one off projects.

**What do you dislike about GiveCampus?**

I haven't had any issues with Give Campus thus far! I wish we had the means to afford all of the capabilities, but have been happy with what we can implement.

GiveCampus gave our donors a simple way to give to areas of the school they are passionate about. It also allowed my team to manage our volunteers and put the power in the hands of the volunteers when it came to tracking their prospects and outreaches.

**What do you like best about GiveCampus?**

GiveCampus is a great tool for crowdfunding and general online giving. Specifically, their GivingDay tools have helped us increase giving three years in a row. They accept a wide variety of payment options, from bank transfer to credit card to digital wallet standards like ApplePay, GooglePay, PayPal, and Venmo. Their customer support is always available to assist. During GivingDay and other fundraising events, they are available 24-7. They give the ability to establish custom reports for gift entry/accounting needs. They are constantly making improvements that increase ease of use, such as searchable designations.

**What do you dislike about GiveCampus?**

GiveCampus requires many add-on features to make full use of their products, thus increasing the cost. Their contracts can be cumbersome. For example, contracts for crowdfunding and giving forms are set up separately. Using less in one doesn't allow you to utilize the extra to cover overage in the other.

**What problems is GiveCampus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GivingDay would not be possible without a solution like GiveCampus. They manage leaderboards, allow donors to easily share with their social networks, and email gift receipts at the time of gift.

We are fairly new to the platform, and one of the things we appreciate most is how the company is responsive to feedback and are making careful, but swift, growth. The platform is fairly user-friendly, from both the backend and front perspectives, and allows for better giving pages.

**What do you dislike about GiveCampus?**

The event modules isn't nearly as robust as we'd hoped, and we're struggling to make it work for us. Additionally, there are certain issues with the reporting across the platform that just dont make sense.
Also, the customer support needs work. They ONLY do email, and it can be confusing, plus we dont always get the right answer (when we message again, we somtimes get the correct answer from someone different)

**What do you like best about GiveCampus?**

GiveCampus has been a game-changer for volunteer management and Giving Days. Their Volunteer Management System makes the whole process much easier (and quicker) for our team internally and also for volunteers, and their social fundraising platform has brought our Giving Days to life. Most notable, though, is their customer service. They truly are Partner Success Managers. Their patience, guidance, and expertise have been instrumental in the success of our campaigns, and they invest a lot of time and effort to ensure we are well-euipped to navigate the process.

**What do you dislike about GiveCampus?**

I am a new GiveCampus user and it can be challenging to navigate the knowledge base on your own and figure out all the different components of getting things set up, but the team compensates for that with their support and responsiveness. Also, there may be minor nuances or (for our purposes) system limitations that we run into, but the team is very receptive to feedback and also provide creative solutions.

**What problems is GiveCampus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use their VMS and social fundraising platform. The VMS has made our volunteer management and volunteer outreach much easier. It makes the process much smoother and quicker for our team and for our volunteers. Their social fundraising platform makes the management of Giving Days a lot easier and brings the day to life, helping to build excitement and track results in real-time. Also, the integration between the VMS and the social fundraising platform is an added bonus that helps energize volunteer efforts around Giving Days.

As a department of 2 using GiveCampus has helped us feel we can accomplish more with less. Some of the most helpful things are the ease of assisting donors in setting up recurring giving, encouraging donors to set up matches or challenges, or encouraging donors to become advocates. Social giving has helped multiply our annual fund giving. And the support we receive on using our products is superb.

Taking the time to set up the pages is the hardest part however, once it's done once, campaigns can be copied. So putting in the time and work in the beginning can help pay off.

GiveCampus has been extremely beneficial for our institution in executing our giving days and campaigns. Their platform is easy to use and they provide a Partner Success team dedicated to assisting you along the way. Their staff is prompt, and professional, and helps to identify ways in which their platform can better suit your campus needs to be successful.

**What do you dislike about GiveCampus?**

The are still a growing company, but very receptive to feedback. They currently count any soft credit individuals as participation donors which is not an accurate representation of donor count on giving day which needs to be revisited.

Having an online platform/giving option is just what we needed to step up our fundraising game!

**What do you like best about GiveCampus?**

GiveCampus really listens to the needs/wants of their clients. As an early adopter of GiveCampus, I have seen the company's evolution to the superpower that it is now, but never has their commitment to listening to their partners waivered. They are still just as reponsive now as they were 8+ years ago.

**What do you dislike about GiveCampus?**

The main downside that I see to GiveCampus is the price as it is one of the more expensive options out there. I'm now at a smaller shop with a much smaller budget, so I struggle more with the cost, but as they say, you get what you pay for. GiveCampus is a no-brainer investment if your organization is able to fit it into your budget.

GiveCampus donor forms and crowdfunding platform have been integral to the sucess of our fundraising program. One of the first to offer the mobile wallet options, GiveCampus has helped us reach more student and young alumni donors than ever before.

**What do you like best about GiveCampus?**

I love your customer support team! Using a new platform can be really stressful, especially when it involves your non-profit's online fundraising. Our first campaign started the week we implemented GiveCampus. I felt like I was asking a thousand questions, but your team handled all of them in a friendly and professional way without making me feel stupid for not figuring things out on my own.  When I email a question to Support, I'll receive an answer within minutes. There is so much comfort in knowing that!

**What do you dislike about GiveCampus?**

The person who initially helped me get started with GiveCampus was disengaged. I was dreading the move to a new platform because of her, but I found out later that she was leaving the company. Rosa and the support team have more than eased any concerns I had in that area.

**What problems is GiveCampus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small non-profit with a few staff handling a lot of different tasks. GiveCampus has such a strong customer support team that it's like having another co-worker when you need one.

**What do you like best about GiveCampus?**

The platform is very easy to use and presents information in an easy to understand format. Their customer support is amazing and we have loved working with our rep to learn more about new products, help us figure out the best solution for our needs, and to review campagins. I love the number of features from giving forms, to campaigns, to texting, to events and that they are all tailored specifically for advancement needs. Give Campus' creative solutions have helped us streamline processes and produce better results. We use their products daily to help us meet our fundraising goals.

**What do you dislike about GiveCampus?**

Some features are still a little cluncky - such as not being able to update a donor email address/phone number in GC without having to do a new data upload file.

Streamlined and easy to use donor forms, texting option that meets fedral requirments, campaigns with lots of features for giving days, event registrations tailored to alumni/fundraising needs.

**What do you like best about GiveCampus?**

I inherited a contract with Givecampus and wasn't sure how to use the product and all the various functionalities. Our school's team went above and beyond to make sure we got up to speed and helped us customize a great giving day social campaign. The support has also helped us so much learn to use all the modules we have access to - thanks for being so responsive, GC team! Once you learn the system, it is easy to use. I"m on Givecampus everyday!~

It is definitely more expensive than using a Blackbaud form...and even more expensive than competitior, Boost.

a modern, sleek, frictionless giving experience for our donors. our parents are getting younger and younger and have high expectations for a donation experience. also, it allows us to accept ACN adn digitial wallet, which is huge.

I highly value their suite of fundraising products, and especially that the donor experience is consistent across their Social Fundraising and Giving Forms products. Donation forms are user-friendly and mobile friendly, and they are easy to set up and edit when necessary. Their mobile wallet options are also a necessity as more and more donors want to give in this way.

There are little quirks on the back end of the systems that aren't 100% intuitive for users and/or don't align with how my institution structures our data . Their customer support team is quick to respond and to help troubleshoot when needed, though.

**What problems is GiveCampus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GiveCampus Giving Forms has enabled us to provide a top of the line donor experience for our donors. Prior to GiveCampus, we were using giving forms that were not mobile friendly, and GiveCampus has helped us to make giving easier. We also leverage the Social Fundraising Platform for our giving days, which helps us to provide engaging content while maintaining a consistent donor experience, whether someone chooses to give during a "day of giving" or not. 
The Volunteer Management system has provided the solution that we needed to reduce the amount of staff time required to coordinate peer-to-peer outreach, while providing access to classmate data that our volunteers want. We no longer have to send each volunteer individual lists of prospective donors to reach out to - they can find that information in the VMS, and they can use our emails to send emails within the system, too. This has reduced burdens on our staff and reduced barriers to volunteer outreach.

Working with GiveCampus is like having an extension of your marketing and strategy team. They remind me when it is time to start brainstorming for large fundraising pushes and even provide content and suggestions to optimize my outcomes. During each campaign, customer support helps troubleshoot through the entire process. After each campaign wraps they send me an analysis and offer to review what worked and what didn't. I can't say enough about what an asset it is to have GiveCampus in my tech stack.

There aren't really any downsides to GiveCampus and when I do have problems they end up getting fix in new integrations. It helps me feel like they really hear me.

The best part of GiveCampus has been the support. Among all the various vendors we have partnered with in my time as a fundraiser, the team at GiveCampus have always been the most ready to work beside us. The tech is great, but the people make the difference.

It's truly hard to come up with a dislike. The integration with our CMS hasn't been perfect, but we're raising more money, so it's a problem we can live with!

GiveCampus is helping to make fundraising more donor-centric. Their custom giving forms and social fundraising allow us to make boutique experiences for prospective donors, while we've recently added GC Events as well that solved additional issues we faced (i.e. automatic attendance lists, custom event needs, etc). Add in the mobile wallet payment option (i.e. Venmo, PayPal) and a team of people truly invested in our success and it's been a must-have for us.

I love that it's fairly easy to use.  The initial onboarding takes a bit to get set up and use to how the platform is set up, but their most recent updates to the backened has made things a bit more streamlined.

I like that you can designate admin to particular projects so they can do self editing. 

I LOVE the digital wallet piece and that we now have accessibility to Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay within the platform. We utilize the plaform yearlong, both for Crowdfunding and our big Giving Day, and it's easy to manage and run all of the projects that come through throughout the year. 

Jed on the Give Campus team is an excellent resource and extrememly helpful!

**What do you dislike about GiveCampus?**

I wish there was a bit more robust social ambassador platform that we could utilize for crowdfunding and giving days. The sharing options are a bit basic and we had to build out a separate web page for all of our graphics, templates, and examples. The email feature is limited in what you can do such as you can't schedule out emails to automatically go out to your social advocates and you can't see what you sent once it goes out. We've looked at their VMS system and unfortunately, it's still doesn't quite offer what we would ideally be looking for.

It offers a tool that helps with digital fundraising and provides resources that makes it easy for any user to utilize. It takes away obstacles like digital pay and creates effective communication to potential constituents for fundraising efforts.

Their Partner Success model and the specific staff they dedicate to helping you be successful in using there platform makes all the difference in the world. I am sure this is expensive, but it is truly worth it in my mind. I also appreciate that they are always thinking about ways to improve and make things easier. They are thoughtful about improvements to their platform but also to improving my fundraising efforts.  The presentation and data on retaining current donors that was a keynote at GCPC last January is an excellent example of what I am talking about.

**What do you dislike about GiveCampus?**

I sometimes get frustrated that I cannot find a certain feature in their platform. I have also run into some features that I would really like to customize but this is not possible. Regardless, the tech issues are not really an issue because their tech support is so good and so fast, and they are also open to suggestions on how they can change and improve the platform. They take our feedback as users seriously and that means a lot.

**What problems is GiveCampus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love the new smart appeals that make it easy to remind current donors about their giving anniversary. The new AI features are also great. But one of the biggest problems that GiveCampus solved was handling our credit card payments. I work in a college system that would not allow the adoption of a new payment processor for legal reasons. Our online giving form was a nightmare before GiveCampus. Even our own staff would get frustrated with it and quit. Since GiveCampus processes all credit card payments and the only transaction between GiveCampus and the college is a monthly deposit into our checking account, this made it the only higher education focused online giving platform that we could adopt. I was just fortunate that it solved this problem and then turned out to be such a great platform to use and such a great company to work with.

Give Campus feels like one of us. We work with other vendors and they are just that vendors. Jed, our rep, is a part of our team and feels ownership in the goals we all set together.  They continue to add new elements and features. Platform is easy to use and is reliable.

Their prospect research features are not something I would pay for if it didn't already come as a part of our contract. Elements of the VMS system don't meet our needs nor do their social advocate pieces. Our previous vendor had better features, but we've found workarounds for the time being. The Delta Zeta Foundation is not a higher education institution or private school. While GiveCampus has done a lot of things to make the platform work for fraternities and sororities, there are still some nuances that make our giving days have extra steps because we aren't an educational instituion. For example, when one of our Match/Challenge gifts had a number in it, the system automatically defaulted to graduation year with no way to change that. Until I had to re name the Match/Challenge as a work around. GiveCampus has been open to our feedback, however.

GiveCampus is really easy to use for our peer-to-peer fundraisers. They find it intuitive and like that they are able to mass mail people and tailor their own templates. The customer support has also been very good - GiveCampus are responsive and their help desk is easy to wrok with. The implementation was tricky at times, but now it's up and running, it's very straightforward. Integratio with our data team has also been good.

**What do you dislike about GiveCampus?**

It's hard to actually get alumni using it - not the fault of GiveCampus, but it's very expensive for something that doesn't have huge uptake. We also had issues with their reliance on Stripe and were not able to ultimately use the Social Fundraisig Platform. Again, partly an interna issue, but frustrating for the cost.

**What problems is GiveCampus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a secure platform for our peer-to-peer fundraisers to use where they could have access to sensitive information. We use for 4 specific outreach campaigns a year, as well as Reunion classes and 

GiveCampus makes outreach as easy  as possible - thee's no need for us to worry about password protection or spreadsheets being shared. We can also easily track engagement outreach and who's been sending emails, as well as what they've been sending. We have a small team, so automating as much as possible is essential. 

The ability to mass mail withouthaving to manually track or mail merge is also a huge benefit to us.

**What do you like best about GiveCampus?**

GiveCampus is a user-freindly platform and the interface is intuitive. It makes it easy for me as a volunteer manager to work with over one hundred volunteers, and I'm in the system on nearly a daily basis. My volunteers love how easy GiveCampus is to use. They especially like the notifications they receive when someone in their group makes a donation. They are able to thank the donor almost immediately. The features that GiveCampus offers are useful and the platform definitiely makes donor engagement efficient and, at the same time, meaningful and personal.  The ease of intergration with our database is part of what makes it so powerful. Additionally, I feel confient that the security and privacy of GiveCampus is well up to status quo. Support from customer service is adequate.

**What do you dislike about GiveCampus?**

There are always little things I'm adding to my GiveCampus "wishlist", and the GiveCampus team is always open to such feedback. There's not a general dislike I have.

**What problems is GiveCampus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GiveCampus makes it easy for volunteers to do their work. To name a few examples, it updates donor giving every night and has a filter feature for sending out emails  according to constituencies (i.e. 'non-donor', 'gave but not thanked').

**What do you like best about GiveCampus?**

The platform is user friendly and intuitive for both back-end and front-end users. The customer service is bar none as reps. are always willing to listen, troubleshoot and share valuable insights. They take great care in ensuring all of their products and features are top-notch. GiveCampus is more than willing to work with and listen to their customers to make improvements and upgrades. Fundraising and engaging our constituents is made easier everyday because of GiveCampus.

**What do you dislike about GiveCampus?**

Be sure you have a CRM that can talk to GiveCampus. Having an open API intergration is a must to ensure you are getting the most out of their product.

**What problems is GiveCampus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GiveCampus campaigns and giving forms help us raise more and more money each year. They are easy to use and visually appealing. Their newest GC Events feature has been a great addition to thier toolkit as it has made creating event registrations simplier and easier for the end user.

**What do you like best about GiveCampus?**

They have top notch support, their userinterfances are intuitive and you can recieve gifts via Venmo, digital wallets, etc. It makes the donor experience support easy.

I actually don't have any complaints about GiveCampus.

It makes the donor experience very smooth and also allows us to identify hight net worth invididuals in real time.

**What do you like best about GiveCampus?**

The customer service.  I NEVER feel alone when I'm working on a campaign. Their support team is there answering every and any question I have with speedy results.

**What do you dislike about GiveCampus?**

I haven't been able to use the full fuctionality of the product without permission by our institution to share data via their data importer, which has been discouraging but it's still helpful regardless.

**What problems is GiveCampus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy giving by the masses in a fun and social way.

I appreciate how easy it is to program a new campaign. When I get stuck, there are helpful tutorials to walk through the process. My contact at GiveCampus is also really helpful and kind.

I only wish I had more time, so I could take advantage of all of the features.

We needed a crowdfunding platform and GiveCampus was our choice. We have never regretted it.

**What do you like best about GiveCampus?**

I explored this platform while I was consulting for a client. GiveCampus has an easy and intuitive UI which makes easy for both, the creators of campaigns and the actual audience donating their hard earned money. On top of this, added features of anonymity and crowdfunding makes it even desirable.

**What do you dislike about GiveCampus?**

The only thing which I believe that can be improved is the customer support and maybe more video tutorials for campaign creation and frequency management on daily campaigns. Although with easy UI, we can try and explore the functionality but with video tutorials, it becomes easy for one and all to quickly launch any type of campaign.

**What problems is GiveCampus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GiveCampus is surely doing a work related to donation and charity which is itself a noble cause but I'd like to point out something else I.e. introducing donation programs and making it more compelling and targeted to modern audience. Easy payment integration, anonymity, UI, all these things help in overall interaction with platform.

It's so easy and intuitive. It looks great! Our donors find it easy to use as well. I also particularly like the unique tracking links. Customer service is fantastic!

I would say the only downside is having to manually enter the gifts from Give Campus to our CRM. But, it's worth it.

It is helping us raise money through crowdfunding.

**What do you like best about GiveCampus?**

It is very user friendly and offers all the payment platforms our donors use. Customer support is very responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about GiveCampus?**

The need to add the option of donor covered credit card fees for ALL donors. They keep ssaying they are still testing it. Sometomes the giving forms are not as robust for creating pages...ie. no color option or font options for messageing.

**What problems is GiveCampus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Give Campus offers support and solutions for our small school. We do not have a large marketing or IT team and GC fills that gap with their forms and support.

**What do you like best about GiveCampus?**

I like how GiveCampus allows for there to be multiple giving campaigns listed and present on our homepage. We have lots of designations that donors can search and give for, which is really important for all of our various giving campaigns/goals.

**What do you dislike about GiveCampus?**

I think GiveCampus is a bit too ridgid...I have used similar products with other companies doing similar campaigns where I felt like there were more options to customize.

GiveCampus allows our staff to setup, maintain, and promote our various giving campaigns. Whether it be a time-constrained campaign or an ongoing, annual campaign, GiveCampus does a great job in allowing our team to execute many different campaigns.
