Without a solid forum, it’s hard to learn from other users, share feedback, or compare ideas and suggestions. **What problems is AdvancementRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It strikes a good balance between power and ease of use. ### 2. Self-service reporting. **What do you dislike about AdvancementRM?** Affinaquest is a Salesforce platform, and while there are good things that come with that, it doesn't always work for higher education fundraising. This leads to having workarounds for fundraising processes. **What problems is AdvancementRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We moved from Advance to Affinaquest, so the dashboards are great and the ability to visualize the opportunity pipeline is greatly improved. Affinaquest allows for more seamless integrations, which streamlines our users' work.
