**What do you like best about AdvancementRM?**

Flexibility in reporting and workflows. Dashboards that visualize data. Self-service reporting.

**What do you dislike about AdvancementRM?**

Affinaquest is a Salesforce platform, and while there are good things that come with that, it doesn't always work for higher education fundraising. This leads to having workarounds for fundraising processes.

**What problems is AdvancementRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved from Advance to Affinaquest, so the dashboards are great and the ability to visualize the opportunity pipeline is greatly improved. Affinaquest allows for more seamless integrations, which streamlines our users' work. They log in to Affinaquest and are able to complete their work in there alone instead of being overloaded with many different tools to complete a job function.
