My biggest challenge with GiveCampus has been the amount of manual setup and duplicated work required during the integration process with our CRM. While the platform itself is strong, getting everything aligned between systems required rebuilding and mapping many items that already existed elsewhere, which created additional administrative work during implementation. I would love to see an even smoother CRM integration process with more automated syncing, migration support, or tools to reduce duplicate data entry. For advancement teams managing multiple priorities, reducing backend setup time would allow us to spend more energy on what GiveCampus does best — engaging donors and building meaningful fundraising experiences. Their contracts can be cumbersome. For example, contracts for crowdfunding and giving forms are set up separately.
