What do you like best about Give Lively?

Give Lively has not only solved several operational needs for our organization through the tools offered on the platform but they have provided incredible advisory support and accountability in the rollout these tools. Through the setup of fundraising events, establishing event sponsors, and rolling our larger fundraising campaigns, Amy from Give Lively has provided not only technical support for the setup and implementation of the platform but strategic direction on how to engage with our community.

Working with Amy weekly/bi-weekly has been so helpful to teach me how to strengthen our organization's messaging but also secure aligned partnerships. She also holds me accountable, following up on action items to move our work forward. She is consistently showing me how to add different features and link them to one campaign so we can track funding received towards our goals. We use the platform on a daily basis to ensure we are on track towards meeting our fundraising goals. Amy has also showed me to set up integrations with our website as we are revamping it. It's so smooth and easy to do!

As a startup nonprofit with limited funds and resources, I often feel alone in trying to gain awareness and funding, but Give Lively's free services are transformative to our organization. What do you like best about Give Lively?

As a new non-profit, I received an email from Give Lively offering a webinar to prepare for Giving Tuesday. I didn't know what I didn't know. The presenation was so informative! It provided several compelling and creative ideas on how to reach our clients and how to inspire them to donate. We could not have had the impact we have had thus far without this knowledge that they shared. Amy Truong also invited me to share my information with her so that she could review it to make sure we were on the right track with our preparation. If that wasn't enough, Amy also emailed me once we launched our campaign to check in and see how the fundraising was going. Great initiative and customer service! At this point, I do not have any constructive criticism or suggestions. That's because Amy made herself available to answer my questions via email as we prepared for the project. What do you like best about Give Lively?

Give Lively is a great platform for non-profit fundraising. It offers event ticketing, text-to-donate, peer-to-peer fundraising and even a live "thermometer" that shows donations rolling in. Their customer service is excellent and we enjoyed working with Amy. What do you like best about Give Lively?

Give Lively is the best guidance for nonprofits development and strategy. They are the personification of the expression "go the extra mile" . They do not only offer an payment gateway, but also tools, mentorship, planning and reality.

Without Give Lively Famazonia would not be what it is today. In our short time collaboration we decided to follow all their tips and planning, and we went form an ideia do live tv in our country in eight weeks!

Amy and Mike are the best, I have never met people so prepared to take the right actions like them.

The webinars that they have hosted on Giving Season have been exceptionally helpful and insightful to ensure your nonprofit is managing the most important touch points during this time and that your giving season will be a success. Truly unbelievable that this service is offered for nonprofits to use for free! Give Lively was very easy to get set up (and quick!). Once we were approved, creating a campaign and associated event page and peer fundraising page was a breeze. Finally, the individual support from Amy, our contact at Give Lively was incredible!! One challenge we had with the peer fundraising was that many of the individuals who had fundraiser pages were frustrated that they could only see the total amount their page raised. I like that the interface is designed well to offer a simple and easy user experience. When there is a hiccup or a feature I really would like added to the page, the Give Lively support team has coded it in for me on spot.
