You set up your account by verifying your status as a nonprofit. Once set up the interface is very easy to use. You can create campaigns, events, a standard donation page, donation widgets. It has basic reporting. It integrates with Stripe and directs you go through the process of getting the reduced Stripe processing fees for nonprofits, keeping your donation processing fees the lowest they can be. GiveLively charges nothing nad has great customer support if you ever have an issue. they also have great communication - on the few occasions in the last 4 or so years I have been using with them that there have been technical difficulties, they let customers know right away and within an hour or two, its resolved.
