**What do you like best about GetThru?**

I find GetThru easy to use. All our campaigns can use the same basic setup, which means we don't have to recreate the wheel to provide volunteers with the messages used to respond to voters. The product works great overall.

**What do you dislike about GetThru?**

I wish the help was AI enabled. It is hard to find answers sometimes.

**What problems is GetThru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GetThru for reaching out to voters to invite them to events and remind them to vote. It is easy to use with a basic setup for all campaigns, allowing us to provide consistent messages to volunteers without starting from scratch each time.

**What do you like best about GetThru?**

I appreciate that GetThru is incredibly user-friendly and enables us to conduct a successful get-out-the-vote texting and calling campaign. The platform's support is outstanding, as the help site is very thorough and the live support team is incredibly helpful and responsive, which was crucial for us in meeting our tight deadline. I also love the simplicity and efficiency with which GetThru handles DLC verification, making a complicated process as straightforward and quick as possible. The ability to easily upload phone numbers in a CSV file, with GetThru efficiently verifying them, removing duplicates, and marking anyone who has opted out, is a standout feature. Additionally, the flexibility to text in both English and Spanish, along with setting up voicemails and templates in these languages, is advantageous. I find the feature allowing template replies or drafting custom replies very useful, as well as the capability to assign other users and monitor their work. Setting working hours and scheduling follow-up mass messages helps us manage resources and communication effectively. GetThru fulfills all our needs, making it an essential tool for our operations.

GetThru is user-friendly texting software that streamlines contact campaigns (in our case, get out the vote), simplifies DLC verification, and supports multiple languages. It efficiently manages contacts, ensuring timely and effective communication.

**What do you like best about GetThru?**

GetThru listens to consumer feedback, and is always making innovative and useful updates! I've been thrilled with the "schedule mass send" features, as well as the new trackable short links. Overall a great product that I use multiple times a year. It's easy to use and highly effective in my field.

**What do you dislike about GetThru?**

It would be awesome of GetThru had a voicemail message drop feature, alongside their calling options.

**What problems is GetThru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to reach our donors and community members other than email, especially needing a way to reach our younger constituency who use their emails less. We are able to expand our reach and impact because of this product.

**What do you like best about GetThru?**

GetThru texting blasts have been really helpful in mass messaging our base of people about the issues that they care most about. Additionally, the ease of using thru text has been great for our team in addition to the customer support when issues arise.

**What do you dislike about GetThru?**

One issue I have with thru text is the that menu that houses survey and replies (and info) is tedious to navigate for no reason. These columns should be one section where I input the survey responses and click on the appropriate pre-determined replies. It makes no sense to have this column as separate categories.

**What problems is GetThru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the issue of silos and breaking down barriers of miscommunication from our leadership team. Additionally, this tool is allowing us to mass text our base of contacts with the necessary info to successfully be involved in our advocacy and organizing work across NYS.

**What do you like best about GetThru?**

The GetThru tools definitely allowed us to amplify our message and connect with new communities we would not have been able to connect with. While the tools are  easy to integrate and to use, I found I was able to leveraging all the features of the tools each time I used them because of the client success team. They always responded with relevant, useful explanations, a kind demeanor - and the fastest response times in the industry!

**What do you dislike about GetThru?**

The increased hurdles the telecomms industry places on texting and calling was the part that has changed a lot since I began using GetThru in 2019. I ommend GetThru for doing their best to overcome those hurdles.

**What problems is GetThru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engaging, mobilizing, and deploying our communities and allies to vote has always been important. With increased barriers to reproductive  justice, scaling our work and amplifying our message has never been more critical. This is where GtThru helped.

The platform effectively introduces a realistic time delay between text messages sent by each user, ensuring more natural and credible interactions.

**What do you dislike about GetThru?**

The user interface for selecting responses was difficult to navigate, and there was no option to undo the action of removing from  contact list numbers. Also responses from contacts showed that some numbers had been duplicated resulting in previously having been contacted.

I used it in voter registration reminders. able to follow up with specific to area resources for registering if needed. All via txt messages.

**What do you like best about GetThru?**

Setting up with GetThru to start an account was super easy. Setting up campaigns for each outreach effort in GetThru is really easy to do, which can be an intimidating process. The integration from their platform to other platform makes transferring data with such ease. The customer service is very good, with the team's fast responses, that is really helpful whenever something came up on the field. And many times, they received feedback quite well to improve the platform. For example, texting images recently added that makes texting to our community more fun & appealing. And the rate is competitive compared to other platforms. At this point, we only use GetThru for both texting & phone bank to our community.

**What do you dislike about GetThru?**

Nothing much really. We are still a customer since day 1 of our community outreach work.

They recently rolled out the capability to text images, which is great as it is fun & appealing to our community members.

**What do you like best about GetThru?**

My experience with GetThru has been excellent, from initial contact and exploration to daily tech support and troubleshooting. Our unique needs have always been considered, and every challenge we've faced was met with a "We can solve this" attitude from the entire GetThru team. Their commitment to providing top-notch support is a testament to the organization's values. Integrating with our systems was a breeze with a new self-serve feature. First-time callers and texters have reported ease of use, stating that the UI is very intuitive. The Help Center is very robust, with a plethora of materials to answer any training needs.

**What do you dislike about GetThru?**

Would love to see UI and training materials in Spanish.

**What problems is GetThru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First and foremost for me, it's a predictive power dilaer that allows us to talk to communities at scale. Patch-thru functionality is one of the unique features that allows for robust advocacy efforts. Last but not least, it is also a smooth full service texting tool with incredibly easy onboarding.

**What do you like best about GetThru?**

I have used several peer to peer texting programs in the past and Thrutext is my favorite because of it's user friendly interface and exceptional customer service and success. Thrutext does a really great job with ensuring that their customers really understands  the program so the customer can use the product to the fullest. Additionally, it works really well with our database, EveryAction and VAN. I  also appreciate the 10DLC regulatory updates that Thrutext provides.

**What do you dislike about GetThru?**

Rewording "campaigns" and "groups" it is al little confusing when learning how to set up a series of texts. Once you learn the process it doesn't matter as much .

**What problems is GetThru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps our organization send information to our advocates in a fast way and builds a sense of urgency for them to take action.

**What do you like best about GetThru?**

I've always appreciated the quick and responsive customer support from GetThru. Before finding GetThrue I was stuck with vendors who were slow to respond or didn't prioritize my needs. There's nothing worse than having a dozen volunteers log in to call or text from various locations and the system doesn't work or you can't get ahold of someone to help. 

With GetThru I know that there's someone available to troubleshoot in the rare situations when I need help. I worry less because the system is updated and maintained on a regular basis. It's great knowing that both my first time and seasoned volunteers are going to easily log in, start contacting voters and log off after a fun experience and know that they've made an impact. 

As a campaign manager, I also know that I'm only going to be charged for the work that we did and knowing that I don't have to pay large amounts in advance if I don't want to is great. I can budget accordingly and pay for my calls and texts at the end of the month. I've been using GetThru since 2020 and cannot imagine moving to another vendor any time soon.

**What do you dislike about GetThru?**

I would love to have a better integration of emojis, pictures and videos in the ThruText platform.

**What problems is GetThru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing that GetThru is solving all of our 10DLC registration means that there's less for me to worry about. I also strongly appreciate the pay as you go model. I don't need to pay for services that I'm not using and I know in advance how much I should expect to be billed because it's directly correlated to my use. During the off season, I don't need to pay a minimum or monthly fee to continue my relationship with GetThru. I have a quality tool ready to use whenever it's needed.

What I like is the ability to dial four times more phones than manual dialing.

**What do you dislike about GetThru?**

When dealing with volunteers and seniors it can be difficult to create an account. It is a 3-step process and I lost volunteers weekly because they where frustrated. I had to set-up breakout rooms to have induviduals share thier screen (another technology barrior) so that I could trouble shoot. If they used thier phone it became even more difficult.

It solved reaching a number of individuals in a short amount of time.

**What do you like best about GetThru?**

As a smaller organization, we required the capability to integrate peer-to-peer messaging into our campaigns. Given that messaging volume may fluctuate, fair pricing was an important consideration for us. ThruText's on-demand pricing played a critical role in our decision-making process, and we are extremely satisfied with the results.
The customer support provided has been exceptional. The ease of use, support videos, and quick chat options have minimized the need for me to seek assistance.

Provisioning times can be as long and impact sending.

**What problems is GetThru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have streamlined communication with our clients' donors through a more efficient process. Peer-to-peer fundraising offers a user-friendly and cost-effective option compared to traditional telemarketing. In addition, it provides a rapid method for disseminating important information, such as cast changes or cancelled performances, to our clients high-value patrons.

GetThru has also added the 'quick send' feature which was a lifesaver!

I love the mere fact that GetThru merged ThruTalk and ThruText together to make prodctivity alot easier. Customer service was amazingly helpful and prompt and all functions were easy to navigate

There were alot of error messages and tech glitches that took place basen upon the capacity of folks on one campaign or initiative at once.

GeThru helped me and my Organization identify who's currently participating in the democracy process and why and that helps us build future campaigns and mobilize forward.

**What do you like best about GetThru?**

I love that GetThru provides opt outs or helps us clean our CRM via their export of lists to identify what system and phone type our donor has. I've been thrilled to see them improve their dedicated number feature, quick send, and great client managers and customer service.In addition, I am able to use GetThru for all major fundraising campaigns which is about 5-6 throughout a calendar year.

**What do you dislike about GetThru?**

I am still working on getting used to the Call centers as they are not so fluid as texts, meaning the process to set up a call center is not as user friendly as texting.

**What problems is GetThru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many customers are on phones so having a DEDICATED number has now giving us credibility and our donors feel like they are really talking to us!

It is super easy to set up. Very easy to use. My 60yo co worker was able to do it and he struggles with texting. Customer service is very fast in responding.  It's very well priced compated to other programs.

**What do you dislike about GetThru?**

The exports are not he best when you are reviewing the conversations.  it has every exchange on its own line, rather than grouping a converstaion together.

We let people know about events, how to register, and how to donate.

I enjoy the ease of system use and the reporting.

There is little to no real time analytics and no in call agent monitoring for training and or support purposes. With most calls being done remotely, I don't really know what's happening until the shift is over.

Customer/Tech Support are excellent. GUI is very user friendly and no code experience needed for integration with CRM.

**What do you dislike about GetThru?**

There is a bit of onboarding necessary yet not so much for the tools level of difficulty but for the regulatory hurtles that we have to be vetted.

We have a huge universe of voters we are striving to reach with a limited budget for staffing. This tool allows us to affordably reach a multitude of contacts with a just a few users.

**What do you like best about GetThru?**

The UI is easy to interact with and the initial learning curve is minimal and the process to setting up a campaign is straight-forward and intuitive for the even the least tech savvy person

**What do you dislike about GetThru?**

At times, I often find myself struggling to get the to the dialer landing page of an active campaign. I am not sure if I can explain this better but essentially, the process to getting to the page where you send out the texts is a bit unclear from after setting the campaign up.

It helps us reach out membership in a quicker, more efficient and useful way while also helping give back more time to do our work for our team. We thorougly enjoy the seamless UI interface and the ability to send out texts quite easily.

I can't think of anything I dislike but it is the only texting platform I have used so very little to compare it to.

GetThru made my everyday tasks very simple. By using GetThru, I was able to effectivley communicate with team members as well as set goals to maximaize efficiency within the company.

The interface seems as though there may be issues for firsrt time users. General bugs and glicthes from time to time.

I love the interface. I've used other texting tools and thurtext is by far the best for user friendlieness. THe customer service has also been incredible.

**What do you dislike about GetThru?**

There are certain limitations in around Use Case Registration that often delay our experience.

I can use this to reach thousands of voters about cnaiddates and issues

It is easy to setup multiple campaigns and manage them.  It is easy to see the statistics from each campaign and download the responses.

I have no suggestion for improvement.  It works.

It is a very stable platform that is easy to use. The Tech support is quick and helpful.

The registration process is a little cumbersome but managable.

**What do you like best about GetThru?**

I have used a few other texting and phone banking apps. Get thru is the best for your volunteers. If a person cant understand hiw to use the app. They will not return the next time. This app is great for grassroot organizations and large ones.

Nothing, the app continues to become better over time. Im gratful l Vote Voiced has it in our tool box.

**What do you like best about GetThru?**

ThruText is very affordable and has great customer support, onboarding, and help docs available for users. I also love how easy it is to add new users with varying degrees of permissions -- it's nice that you can control how much access people have and that more than one person can set up and edit campaigns.

**What do you dislike about GetThru?**

The UI could be a little bit buggy and they can be slow to adopt updates/new tech like adding MMS options. Overall no negatives big enough to make me consider not using ThruText. Pros definitely outweigh the cons.

**What problems is GetThru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to use and also very afforable -- makes it easy for small businesses and nonprofits to afford to start SMS campaigns. Helped me quickly scale up an SMS program when starting to build a bigger digital program.
