I find GetThru easy to use. All our campaigns can use the same basic setup, which means we don't have to recreate the wheel to provide volunteers with the messages used to respond to voters. The product works great overall.

I also love the simplicity and efficiency with which GetThru handles DLC verification, making a complicated process as straightforward and quick as possible. The ability to easily upload phone numbers in a CSV file, with GetThru efficiently verifying them, removing duplicates, and marking anyone who has opted out, is a standout feature. Additionally, the flexibility to text in both English and Spanish, along with setting up voicemails and templates in these languages, is advantageous. I find the feature allowing template replies or drafting custom replies very useful, as well as the capability to assign other users and monitor their work. Setting working hours and scheduling follow-up mass messages helps us manage resources and communication effectively. GetThru fulfills all our needs, making it an essential tool for our operations.

GetThru listens to consumer feedback, and is always making innovative and useful updates! I've been thrilled with the "schedule mass send" features, as well as the new trackable short links. Overall a great product that I use multiple times a year. It's easy to use and highly effective in my field.
