I love that Skilljar by Gainsight allows us to host all of our training material in one centralized location, which has significantly improved our ability to track course completions. What do you dislike about Skilljar by Gainsight?

I find the reporting capabilities of Skilljar by Gainsight to be limited. The basic features like who completed what and scores are available, but when I want to dig deeper or build custom reports, I hit a roadblock. This restriction necessitates exporting data to Excel, which is time-consuming. Additionally, the certification setup process was a bit complicated, despite the overall setup being straightforward. What do you dislike about Skilljar by Gainsight?

For multiple answer questions there should be a more distinctive layout, because sometimes it is confusing, if

- we see already all the possible answers, or after accepting the first good good answer further answers will pop up - the layouts and logic of the questions cause some fails.

- for the Coursera app I can download the whole module before learning - here it is really uncertain where and how the data is downloaded - internet is a very bold term, the user needs to know if its wifi, mobilnet, and how much data will be downloaded Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Skilljar by Gainsight?

The combination of the things you could do with. It helped me to learn new skills, software tools i didnt know how to use, and the most important it helped me a lot with customer satisfaction. Gainsight Customer Education is very intuitive and simple to use. The interface is clean and makes it easy to create and manage courses without too much complication. I really like the way you can personalize learning paths for different users, making it more adapted to each person. The analytics are also very helpful to understand how learners engage with the content. Some times, the platform is a bit slow, especially when saving or modifying content. It is not a big issue, but it can be annoying if you work on many courses at the same time. Also, I think there could be more integration with other tools, like more advanced options for community discussions inside the learning platform.
