It makes workforce management much more efficient by centralizing scheduling, attendance, and employee data in one place. Gaia is the most configurable and flexible solution for scheduling spaces in a complex environment. We are a non-profit housing provider with different spaces and different configurations. We haven't seen a better solution for our complex needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is intuitive but it takes some time to configure the options for each individual room (meeting room, workshop, performance space, catered or no-catered).
