We are a non-profit housing provider with different spaces and different configurations. We haven't seen a better solution for our complex needs. **What do you dislike about Gaia WorkSpace?** The user interface is intuitive but it takes some time to configure the options for each individual room (meeting room, workshop, performance space, catered or no-catered). Thankfully the Gaia team is very responsive and helpful in addressing those needs and the software can easily handle these different scenarios. **What problems is Gaia WorkSpace solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have spaces used by residents and non-residents on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Different rules apply depending on whether the space is being used for an event, a workshop or a meeting. Gaia Workspace makes the process of approving and booking the varying requests much easier to manage and more equitable and fair for all users. We have a higher degree of satisfaction from our residents and are able to maximize our use by our partners and community organizations. ### 5. It means that our IT team will not have to do the day-to-day managment of the system, after the initial setup. There were many different options that just didn't have exactly what we needed and Gaia was the only company that was willing to work with us to create just that. ### 9. The platform even has a COVID-screening feature or can allow other questionnaires. The system allows a variety of people to book, including internal staff, visitors, tenants, hot-desk users, clients and external people. I guarantee that it will meet all your workspace needs! It is user-friendly, customizable, and functional. **What problems is Gaia WorkSpace solving and how is that benefiting you?** We allowed multiple internal and external people to book various workspaces, including meeting rooms, spaces, desks, and equipment in real-time and simultaneously. The system sends automatic meeting invites or notifications to the emails on file. The platform also allows for a COVID screening feature or other questionnaires. Users can set their timezone to sync with the calendar. Administrators can cancel bookings if required. My graduate students can easily make appointments with me without back and forth email correspondence, which saves a significant amount of time and improve my working efficiency. A countdown calendar would be useful in this case (ie self-isolation days remaining = #) **Recommendations to others considering Gaia WorkSpace:** Definitely the best fit for a small business Covid-19 screening tool that we have found. GaiaScreen 2.0 is cost effective and performs exactly as promised.
