Gaia is the most configurable and flexible solution for scheduling spaces in a complex environment. We are a non-profit housing provider with different spaces and different configurations. We haven't seen a better solution for our complex needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is intuitive but it takes some time to configure the options for each individual room (meeting room, workshop, performance space, catered or no-catered). The system allows a variety of people to book, including internal staff, visitors, tenants, hot-desk users, clients and external people. The appointment function of Gaia workspace is impressive and effective! My graduate students can easily make appointments with me without back and forth email correspondence, which saves a significant amount of time and improve my working efficiency.
