TrueLark AI for dental is for DSOs and multi-location dental practices. It&#39;s an AI-powered patient communications solution that integrates with your PMS. TrueLark AI answers 100% of missed calls and converses with patients via SMS or web chat. Patients can book/cancel/reschedule appointments and get answers to questions right in the text thread with a few clicks. Our clients convert phone calls to bookings convert online leads to new patients, reduce costs and improve the patient experience. **What do you like best about TrueLark?**

We never miss an opportunity during our rush hours to engage with a lead or even our members, because TrueLark follows up immediately and collects info from each caller.

**What do you dislike about TrueLark?**

Sometimes there may be booking discrepancies, but I haven’t actually checked to see if it’s something that could be tweaked.

**What problems is TrueLark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Truelark has greatly reduced our missed opportunities to speak to and engage with guests. This helps us to bring in more leads with more booking opportunities and keep our members satisfied.

Having an assistant engage with the guest when I am not able to has help me out a lot. The system was easy to integrate into the studio.

**What do you dislike about TrueLark?**

I haven't seen a downside yet in my experience. It sends us messages if there is something that the system is not able to handle.

**What problems is TrueLark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping to answer phones and book appointments when no one else is available.

I appreciate the notifications when it doesn't have an answer. It avoids confusion for patient and staff.

Sometimes it's unable to link or find the patient so it creates a new one.

It's allowing us to never miss an opportunity to reach out to our patients - we pride ourselves in returning calls and getting back to patients promptly.

It seems to skip back to "Mine" when I'm trying to quickly move onto the next message.

**What do you like best about TrueLark?**

Truelark is able to handle a variety of front desk communication tasks such as making, canceling and changing appointments, which reduces our need for front desk staffing and the costs associated with that.  We also appreciate the online database, which makes it easy to review all calls and determine which contacts need follow up.

**What do you dislike about TrueLark?**

Truelark is still a non-human product and therefore there are some shortfalls, such as not showing as available appointments not being show due to specific details noted or adding extra time onto appointments unnecessarily, resulting in the need to clean up the bookings a bit.

**What problems is TrueLark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Truelark reduces the overall need for receptionists, which allows us to decrease our staffing costs.

I think the setup for schedules could be made more intuittive and user friendly.

I like that you can interact with users/customers in the easiest and fastest way there is in the web world, you can be in touch fast and in no time you will be handling users/customers issues or reviews.

I personally do not dislike anything regarding the platform, as I stated, it is easy and helpful. It gives you many ways to handle everyday communication with anyone.

**What do you like best about TrueLark?**

FrontDeskAI does a great job at handling voicemails and responding through text to spa clients that we don't catch on the phone. AI is human-like in its speech and many customers are unsure of whether it is a real person or not. 

**What do you dislike about TrueLark?**

Sometimes double books appointments, has trouble moving scheduled appts to different time slots. 

**What problems is TrueLark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its like having an extra person around to answer the phone when spa workers are busy with clients.
