Using Fluida has made managing HR tasks so much easier for our team. The time and attendance tracking, especially with geolocation for remote employees, has been a game-changer. Approving leave requests is now quick and hassle-free, and expense tracking is simple. I also love how the platform ensures compliance by keeping accurate records. Plus, it’s super user-friendly and flexible, allowing us to scale as we grow. The mobile app is a bonus, letting us manage everything on the go. There’s limited customization, which makes it harder to adapt to more complex HR workflows. Also, while it's generally easy to use, some features took a bit of time to get used to. The mobile app, though convenient, can be a little slow or glitchy at times.
