The time and attendance tracking, especially with geolocation for remote employees, has been a game-changer. Approving leave requests is now quick and hassle-free, and expense tracking is simple. I also love how the platform ensures compliance by keeping accurate records. Plus, it’s super user-friendly and flexible, allowing us to scale as we grow. The mobile app is a bonus, letting us manage everything on the go. Overall, it saves us time and keeps things organized **What do you dislike about Fluida?** There’s limited customization, which makes it harder to adapt to more complex HR workflows. Also, while it's generally easy to use, some features took a bit of time to get used to. The mobile app, though convenient, can be a little slow or glitchy at times.
