## Fluid Reviews
 ### 1. Exceptional Customer-Focused Service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chi To S. | Senior Manager, IT Project and Portfolio Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

Fluid's support team is highly responsive. While they may not always be able to resolve or implement changes right away, it's reassuring to have a partner you can discuss ideas with. Their customer-oriented approach stands out. In most cases, we receive a solution within a few weeks.

I also like there OOTB integrations with Jira and Azure Devops.

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

The system for tracking enhancement requests and bugs related to customer accounts could be improved.

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Fluid to manage our Global IT request intake, providing a single-entry point for our customers.

Additionally, we have implemented Fluid for our portfolio management process, which has enabled us to consolidate work tracking metrics into one dashboard although the executions are in various system such as Jira, Azure Devops, etc... This makes it easier for decision makers to access high-level IT work information all in one place.

 ### 2. All-in-One Dashboard Makes Project Tracking Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah O. | Director of Organizational Projects, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

Project reporting and maintenance are effortless. All dashboards and key information are consolidated on a single page, eliminating the need to navigate multiple areas for updates on status, risks, financials, resources, and meetings.
Implementation was straightforward, and the collaboration with our Customer Success Manager - Alex was outstanding. Our PMO relies on this software daily to keep everything running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

Meeting functionality is lacking. The integration with Teams should enable meeting setup with Teams links and Outlook scheduling.

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We switched from Microsoft Project to Fluid, which has greatly improved our efficiency thanks to the data presented in pre-built dashboards. It allows to track resource utilization and have a view of allocation.

 ### 3. Fluid PPM tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ioana T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

The best feature about Fluid is its adapatability to the business needs, most fields can be edited, renamed as required by the industry we work in. It is a very Agile tool that allowed us to implement first stage in only a few months, very user friendly, allowing the users to adopt it with easy. The integration of boards and meetings is another great feature.
Customer support has been amazing, training was provided throught implementation and after the go-live.

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

A nice to have feature would be integration of revenue (invoicing) details for the projects as this is a key metric in most businesses.

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility of project protfolio across the business, ease of use, eliminating wasted time used with excel in the past.

 ### 4. Excellent, easy to use Project Management tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Theo A. | Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

Fluid is intuitive, easy to navigate and gives access all of the needed project management tools.

It also incorporates Kanban and Sprint boards, which has great tracking and reporting features. The boards are easy to configure.

It is a software as a service, so it is easy to implement. Support is helpful and readily available.

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

The tool is not aligned to Agile Scaling, and as such is not 100% compatable in a organisation looking to scale agile practices.

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps everything related to your project in one place, from meeting minutes to Kanban actions and reminders. All risks, issues, decisions and actions are tracked and tracable.

 ### 5. Great PMO Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Garry H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

I have dealt with a lot of project managment tools but Fluid is different that is focused at the PMO and Portfolio level that can be used to manage and report on stragetically important programmes and transformation activities. It is reall useful for prioritisation of business critical activities. I also particularly like the flexibility of the system which is customisable but also features such as resource tracking and management including timesheets and also the meeting management function. The team at Fluid area also brilliant at taking time to explain and support where required.

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

Currently I have not yet found any limitations to the system

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Focusing on Portfolio level programmes and change initiatives allowing easy management and reporting of progress, risks and benefit realisation

 ### 6. Game Changer , Comprehensive Project and Portfolio Management Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hafiz Syed Jahanzaib B. | Senior Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

Fluid is quites user friendly and have several great and intuitive features like Project Dashboards, Reports. User can capture data as single source of truth and generate reports in a customized format. Fluid is a customizable solution and can be used frequently with ease.

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

Haven't found any limitation in the system.

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data can be captured as single source of truth and focus on the KPIs.

 ### 7. The collaboration & visibility across the tool has been integral in managing my projects effectively

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Program Development | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

The number of features and customer support!

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

There are no downsides to using Fluid, if anything, perhaps less navigational clicks to get to to a point.

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluid is minimising the number of tools we need to use to achieve our manangement goals in the organisation.

 ### 8. Great Task, Work and Project Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

Collaborative environment with all modules linked to make creation and tracking of actions and other taks very easy. Integration with DevOps tooling. Ability to extract and review core data and then upload with amendments in bulk. Graphical interface that makes presenting the data as useful information.

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

There is nothing that puts me off using fluid.

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to bring together project and task management together into a single environment and track progress across multiple activities and teams.

 ### 9. Excellent application for Project Maintenance and Resource allocation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chinthamreddy R. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

It is very helpful for maintaining the project and easy to use. I can track the timesheets, update project status and also call pull the report. It's user friendly and an awesome tool, I would suggest my friends to use fluid for a better project management.

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

Nothing at the momemnt, an excellent application interms of resouce and project Maintenance, I would recommend everyone to use the application, Thank you very much Team!.

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can track team mates Timesheet and we can update/check the project status on regular basis, we can also upload all the supporting documents related to the project.

 ### 10. PMO Central Reporting Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

The best part of using FLUID for me is getting a single view of all projects on the go in one system. FLUID allows us to pull multiple reports per project or for all projects our team runs. Instead of using one tool to track issues and risks, another to track project progress/actions and a 3rd to track the progress against the schedule, FLUID provides us with one place where all these project elements can be viewed individually. All this info can also be pulled into a report that can be exported; this is very useful when compiling reports for multiple stakeholders. We also can customize our dashboard views. For team dashboards, we have the freedom to build standard views that all can use to ensure that we have one version of the truth. The support team is always available to help, and they've trained our team on how to make some of the changes that we want to make to the system without incurring further costs

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

In our team, it's essential always to have a view of project dependencies. The users find a visual representation of the dependencies easier to use vs. the current FLUID view. This would be the only limitation so far

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving many reporting requirements but enabling us to put all project info into one system and pull different reports using that info.

 ### 11. A great system and brilliant support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna K. | Financial Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

Fluid has made my life so much easier! The software is easy to use, so it immediately adds benefits, and customer support is excellent if you need any help. Fluid offers an entire suite of functionalities I need to track and report on project costing and resource management. The ‘all-in-one’ aspect makes it a valuable place to house our project cost management.
The financials dashboard is brilliant and advanced, so it monitors forecast vs actuals on a day-to-day basis, project estimated cost at completion against budget, or capex/opex split. The resource management module is useful and helps identify resource capacity based on skills or any other resource attributes. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the system and support that Fluid provides me.

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

Nothing I have found. I think the system is great.

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluid provides a centralized place for our project cost management.

 ### 12. Fluid has made timekeeping a breeze!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lashundria W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

It's very simple and easy to use. I love it!

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

No cons about using Fluid at all. It is literally the best app for timekeeping!

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Options for timekeeping are easily accessible and easy to submit for approvals!

 ### 13. Wow! ... what a comprehensive project and PMO tool ... where have you been?

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rav P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

Wow! ... Ditto many of the reviews on G2 that Fluid has got it all covered.

I have worked on projects and programmes for over 25 years and used MS Project, MS Excel, Planview, Smartsheets and more recently Wrike but never seen such such a comprehensive project management and PMO tool.

Fluid got in touch out the blue and I was little sceptical about the demo however was amazed by the array of features incl. Dashboards, Reports, portfolio, programme and project plans, RAID logs, meeting records, communication and collaboration. I am working with clients to build some of these features with other products so these out the box features on Fluid would really be cost and time saving (although probably do me out of work!)

The team of ex PMO and project managers seem to know their stuff and know what they are doing ... they need to shout about it more as the product is defintely one to watch and consider when looking at enterprise and cross departmental projects and programmes.

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

Nothing at this point. It would be great to evaluate the tool in further detail with my client base.

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enterprise-wide dashboards, reports, portfolio, programme and project plans, RAID logs, meeting records, communication and collaboration all out the box is going to save clients time and money.

 ### 14. A Game Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucan C. | Project Manager (Proctor & Gamble Project), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

Fluid is one of the project management software that I genuinely recommend. The reason is that I’ve been studying IT Management at University, where my team and I had to work with many large corporations simultaneously. Being the team lead, I have to manage tasks, juggle all the different requirements, calculate the financial cost, cost planning, plan meetings, and make operational decisions while collaborating with my team. As such, I have used many extensive software in hopes one of them will be able to help me handle all these different projects though they tend to lack certain features. Making it hard to use one particular application as my project management tool.

Since then, I’ve attended a few business showcases. Trying to discover whether a better project management tool is available on the market. It wasn't until I found out about Fluid, instead of a lackluster software with a few features. It is an all-in-one platform with extensively more features packed when compared to what you can find on the market. All the features are connected and provide actual value to the end user. It allows users to be able to manage the whole project with extensive clarity in each stage. This is indeed a game changer in the project management tool space. Give it a try!

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

Nothing to dislike, but I guess you might find out when you try it. Though the team there is excellent and will definitely help you out.

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of a lacklustre software with a few features. It is an all in one platform with extensively more features packed when compared to what you can find on the market. All the features are connected and provide actual value to the end user. It allows for users to be able to manage the whole project with extensive clarity in each stage.

 ### 15. A brilliant project management tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shannon M. | Infrastructure Programme Support Officer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

One of the best features about Fluid has to be the reporting and dashboards - there are so many interactive reports to choose from, enabling you to report on the bigger picture with ease, whilst also allowing you to drill into the detail.

The financial reporting in particular impressed me - paired with resource management capabilities like unlimited rate cards, roles, capped hours and placeholder resources - the reporting on project, programme and portfolio level is brilliant.

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

Would have loved the ability to build my own dashboard.

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Fluid we did not have a centralised space for all of our projects beyond a handful of spreadsheets which often broke and required lengthy manual fixes. Fluid allowed us to centralise all of our project information, which then enabled us to report on programme and portfolio level with ease. Regular reports that had previously taken days to compile suddenly became a couple of hours task.

 ### 16. Find all your project details at a glance through the Fluid Dashboards

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bart O. | Document Controller, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

Fluid has a lot of functionalities and data options to use, so you can adjust them according to your business' needs. Most of the project data is immediately available through the standard set of dashboards.

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

Allthough many of the functionalities and data options are adjustable, not all of them are. But, from experience I know that Fluid immediately takes action on this and puts new requests on their backlog of functionalities.

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fluid gives us direct insight in the progress of our projects and helps us to be more proactive.

 ### 17. Fluid as a "Way of Life"!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avinash R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

My life has become much easier having Fluid! I am able to track my workflow daily. I am able to track each project and assign actions and make decisions on each live. This really helps in monitoring and execution.

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

There is room for further enhancements such as being able to display some of my data graphically.

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me to track and monitor my projects. it allows me to send actions and make decisions live. it prompts me if something is behind schedule.

 ### 18. A solid, feature-filled experience, adaptable to many types of workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doug C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

Fluid had all the bells and whistles I was expecting, with a bunch more thrown in for good measure. UX is... well... fluid, and I found it easy to tweak to suit my needs, and easy hide stuff that I didn't need.

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

Nothing really. Once I understood the basics of the interface, navigating and getting it to do what I needed was straight forward.

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing projects across a portfolio.

 ### 19. Ease of Use!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** TK M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

I like how very easy it is to use ... it is very seamless.

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

Not having full functionality with other products used in the enviroment.

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the management of tasks is simply laid out and is accessable without alot of clicking!

 ### 20. Fluid

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevashni B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

Very efficient, smart tool, project reporting is easy and to create schedules and kanban boards

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

No down sides currently, the tool works well

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project reporting, correct data

 ### 21. Helps to the Team focus better

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon H. | BI Team, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

previously our meetings lacked leadership, direction and goals in our supposed flat collaborative scrum structure. This tool prompts or asked the questions for better meeting management. We are forever improving and the meeting component defintely helps focus the mind. We use Azure Devops and will be looking to integrate with this tool in the future

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

at the moment there is nothing to add here

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

really helping the team track and provide accountability. avoids assumptions that work is being done by another

 ### 22. The one-stop solution for streamlined project management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafael G. | Co-founder & COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

Fluid's got it all covered. It's been developed with project managers needs at heart, but goes beyond the PM remits to involve anyone and everyone across depts.

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

Nothing I dislike, really. There is a lot I still need to learn as it really offers a tonne of features, but you can downscale it only your requirements too!

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps all our teams in the same page, streamlining processes and work streams whilst keeping everyone on board of what's going on across the business.

 ### 23. Fluid is the best project management software I've ever seen

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven B. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Fluid?**

Fluid is easy to use and helps me easily keep on top of my projects. With the inbuilt communication tools, I barely touch my email inbox. I can monitor & assign tasks on my project boards, manage meetings and it even integrates into my Dev team's Jira.

**What do you dislike about Fluid?**

My team sometimes comments that they would like a bit more colour. A dark mode would be cool.

**What problems is Fluid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better communication when running projects.

 ### 24. Fluid - Best in Class Project Management Solution
