Flowingly has been one of the most successful digital tools we've introduced at Maribyrnong City Council. One of the most beneficial features has been the ability to capture and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Staff are able to capture their knowledge and record processes as part of their normal work, without taking additional time out of their day. Some staff may only need to initiate a workflow once every year or two, which makes it hard to justify the cost of providing licenses to everyone.
