We find FDBs to be a very intuitive and user-friendly system. Compared to our previous solution, FDBs saves us time and makes it much easier for CRAs to handle all tracking and reporting tasks efficiently. In addition, the system offers data import tools that enable users to update certain reports simply by uploading an updated Excel file. There are also video tutorials available within the system, allowing users to train themselves on their specific activities at their own pace.
We would rate FDB customer service as outstanding, and this has been one of the main reasons we chose FDB over other vendors.
Furthermore, there is a helpdesk email available to address any daily issues, and any incidents are always resolved promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the system does not need a dedicated administrator role, configuring certain report and tracker templates can take some time, as you need to apply the necessary updates. The setup is quite flexible overall, but it does not permit changes to templates that have already been published. However, keeping track of template updates is straightforward and uncomplicated.
