What do you like best about TrialHub?

The platform is easy to use and intuitive offering multiple types of information not usually found within the same tool. The tool is continually being enhanced and expanded based on feedback the TrialHub team receives and actively gathers from its users. What do you dislike about TrialHub?

Filtering captured data and producing visuals to match the filters can be cumbersome. It also would be beneficial to understand where the data comes from, matching sources to the data. However as noted above, the TriaHub team is super responsive to any problems encountered by users and readily available to provide support and make improvements based on feedback. What do you like best about TrialHub?

We have been working with TrialHub for quite a while now and are constantly seeing big improvements and further developments. The team behind is absolutely amazing - proactive, client-friendly and always super helpful. The system is easy to use and very fast! What do you like best about TrialHub?

What problems is TrialHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

During decision making regarding contracting TrialHub as platform for clinical trials assessment one of the main goals was an optimization of information search for current and competing trials. This information is a key parameter for potential enrollment and study timelines forecast. Before collaboration with TH we could retrieve such information from different national registers or direct responses from Investigators, but these data weren’t structured and the process was really time consuming. Thus, we had to allocate more personnel on data processing to get analytics of current situation at required nosology. After TH implementation to the feasibility process we could decrease involved personnel from 3 to 1 employee, which has helped us to save company budget and reallocate personnel to other activities. What do you like best about TrialHub?

I work on rare indications and it is a struggle to get enough sites to approach for site selection. TrialHub provides a nice complimentary service to our existing database. - Data cleaning is still required (correcting some errors and eliminate duplicates)

- Limitation of the number of keywords you can use

What problems is TrialHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

TrialHub is allowing to query a great amount of data sources and provide a comprehensive view of the current and future therapeutic landscape of an indication of interest. We include TrialHub in our routine strategic feasibility assessments to better plan clinical trials. Data and insights available in the platform help us better assess country/site suitability and gather additional insights that would be lost otherwise which can be especially useful in a very saturated clinical research environment. How easy is to get to specific performance metrics that would otherwise take time to gather

Access to study actual and site predicted diversity data

The flexibility of use and overarching application of the AI chat

Some major limitations such as the inability to search by investigator or organization

The epidemiology module could be more robust, as often country specific, easy to access data is not included

Some quality issues with the data, around SoC and study level information.

What problems is TrialHub solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefit is coming from the access to the SoC module, which, besides it needs some UI implementations, is a big differentiator for our industry. The use of the AI chat is also making a difference, allowing us to gather high quality information, in a quick and easy way, with the ability to filter by sources, providing a nice overview summary, and not limited to specific TA or indications. I would also mention that the trial performance overview is also very beneficial to give an overall view on the industry recruitment performance and the analysis is easy to tailor based on the needs to allow for a 360-degree overview.
