It also would be beneficial to understand where the data comes from, matching sources to the data. However as noted above, the TriaHub team is super responsive to any problems encountered by users and readily available to provide support and make improvements based on feedback. **What problems is TrialHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** SoC is a great new module that is not available elsewhere. This information is a key parameter for potential enrollment and study timelines forecast. Before collaboration with TH we could retrieve such information from different national registers or direct responses from Investigators, but these data weren’t structured and the process was really time consuming. Thus, we had to allocate more personnel on data processing to get analytics of current situation at required nosology. The implementation of ready to use charts and dashboards would be beneficial **What problems is TrialHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest benefit is coming from the access to the SoC module, which, besides it needs some UI implementations, is a big differentiator for our industry. The use of the AI chat is also making a difference, allowing us to gather high quality information, in a quick and easy way, with the ability to filter by sources, providing a nice overview summary, and not limited to specific TA or indications. I would also mention that the trial performance overview is also very beneficial to give an overall view on the industry recruitment performance and the analysis is easy to tailor based on the needs to allow for a 360-degree overview. ### 9. TrialHub places this in a very easy-to-access and read format that I am able to access with a few clicks of a mouse. Some of the other sources of getting this data took me hours and had me cross-referencing a few data sources. I am very happy to have access to TrialHub. While I know that TrialHub has many more capabilities, other people in my company use them, but I do not. **What do you dislike about TrialHub?** There are some diseases where they are still pulling some data together - but I know that this is across the whole industry. NASH for example, no one wants to give a firm estimate of how many people have NASH so there are varying rates across the sources. TrialHub is committing to its data and not putting up information that is uncertain. **What problems is TrialHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is providing me with an easy source to find disease prevalences at either country or down to the state level.
