You can quickly navigate to the information you are looking for. Vial Connect seems to have everything needed from the beginning of a trial to the close-out visit (budgets, contracts, dates of SIV, expected enrollment, actual enrollment, etc) Training is simple and our staff has had minimal issues with navigating the platform to gather information or make updates. **What do you dislike about Vial EDC + eSource?** The way you cancel or reschedule a potential subject is a little cumbersome and not quite as intuitive as all the other features of Vial Connect. **What problems is Vial EDC + eSource solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to spend an enormous amount of time on paperwork (looking for it, copying, emailing it, etc). Vial Connect has made it much simpler to find information and utilize said information leaving us with more time to spend with each patient. ### 14. I sometimes feel I am going through hoops in redundancy in order to ensure that I will be properly compensated for patients that I recruit, enroll, and randomize. **What problems is Vial EDC + eSource solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vial has been working on helping me with recruitment of patients who are not active patients within my clinic already. This is especially helpful in providing a snapshot or projections of your clinic to axillary departments such as finance or management. It also helps manage your day-to-day patient visits and keep everything accounted for from revenue, study timelines, and enrollment goals. **What do you dislike about Vial EDC + eSource?** The software can be slow to load at times. It is very simple and easy to use but can be limiting when wanting to perform more complex functions.
