Fixably is a cloud-based service management software that helps you automate repair processes. We automate 80% of the repair workflow so that you can reduce your turnaround times, improve service experience, and increase customer satisfaction levels. Our smart workflows, based on millions of repairs logged in our system, help you manage repairs efficiently. Apple authorized providers will have the additional benefit of GSX (Global Service Exchange) API integration. Handle logistics, inventory, payments, and more on a centralized platform, saving time on each. Your managers can set up customizable workflows, track repairs, and use the auto-fill functionality to enter data. Fixably allows technicians to communicate with customers via emails or text messages, and manage service contracts with a few clicks. Gain insights into client and third-party orders through customizable reports. Organizations can monitor revenue and the number of received or closed repairs daily, weekly, and monthly via real-time reporting dashboards. Service professionals can manage POP, CLC, WCR, and other files, automatically generate purchase invoices, and translate customer documents into multiple languages. **What do you like best about Fixably?**

The feature list is deep and well thought out. The Fixably team know their market and have developed a product that resolves 99% of the aches and pains of working in this sector.

Our technicians are happy, the workflows are easy and efficient. Admin and Paperwork time is a quarter or less of what it used to be with other solutions.

Repair tracking and insights are the best out of any solution we've tried.

Performance and Stability has been impressive and incredibly reliable.

The support team have been quick, responsive and more than happy to spend the time with their customer to find a resolution to any issues that pop up.

**What do you dislike about Fixably?**

There is limited documentation, which can lead to contacting support team for some simpler questions that could be avoided.

The workflow does differ slightly to how most OCE/APAC AASP's run, however a couple moments getting familiar with the changes and it's not an issue.

**What problems is Fixably solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GSX Integration into the repair workflow reduces paperwork by more than 60%. No more copy and past spamming. 
Customer contact and updates are automated into the repair workflows
Technicians spend far less time chasing repairs admin, and far more time completing repairs. 

We can see our business, and our metrics clearly and accuratly.

**What do you like best about Fixably?**

For high-volume service locations, efficiently servicing customers is critically important. With direct integration with GSX, Fixably makes appointment queues, customer information and device details available at our fingertips. Our technicians can efficiently process repairs without wasting time transferring information between systems. Further automation since launch has further enhanced an already great system. The platform is incredibly stable with minimal disruptions. When technical issues do arise, support is quick and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Fixably?**

When we had our initial demos of Fixably, we may have misinterpreted that there may have been more flexibility in workflow. During our onboarding, it became apparent that there was less flexibility than anticipated in the standard installation. This hasn’t been an issue for us as Fixably is generally receptive to feature requests and the customer support is very good.

**What problems is Fixably solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fixably is a great solution for repair service providers across a number a different industries. The feedback from our teams indicates that they enjoy using Fixably on a day-to-day basis as it makes their workflow more efficient and allows them to spend more  time working on repairs. The team at Fixably is great to collaborate with on new ideas or challenges and there's always a pipeline of new and exciting features being deployed.
