What do you like best about Fixably?

For high-volume service locations, efficiently servicing customers is critically important. With direct integration with GSX, Fixably makes appointment queues, customer information and device details available at our fingertips. Our technicians can efficiently process repairs without wasting time transferring information between systems. Further automation since launch has further enhanced an already great system. The platform is incredibly stable with minimal disruptions. When technical issues do arise, support is quick and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fixably?

When we had our initial demos of Fixably, we may have misinterpreted that there may have been more flexibility in workflow. During our onboarding, it became apparent that there was less flexibility than anticipated in the standard installation.
