Orderry helps automate common operations, such as Jobs &amp; Repair Processing, Sales, CRM, Inventory Management, Asset Tracking, Finance, Payroll, Analytics. You can manage jobs both in-store and on-site. In the Work Orders app, field techs process and close work orders, add photos &amp; comments and accept payments on the go. In the Business Insights app, managers track KPIs and control employees.

**What do you like best about Orderry?**

I like the simplicity and customizability of Orderry, we can easily create fields to adapt to our business model and needs. The software also comes with an app, easy to use and very convenient. The price is lo and contract-free which is ideal for new businesses.

**What do you dislike about Orderry?**

I would like Orderry to have his UI design modernized with options to customize the UI like the colors.
It'll be great to add a feature to show a list of all open orders that can be cast on a separate display, it's ideal for technician teams.

**What problems is Orderry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can easily track repair jobs and read past records when I need to perform another procedure on the same device.
Orderry allows me to gather serial numbers and system versions to record more data about my client's devices thanks to Orderry form flexibility that allows me to create custom fields to add whichever data is relevant for my business to keep records of -- this is a feature I find extremely useful and important, and you won't find many industry-specific software like Orderry that allows it.
The support team always reply within a few days and have been listening to my feedbacks. They fixed a glitch I found despite the war that have been impacting their opreations.

**What do you like best about Orderry?**

What I like best is how easy and straightforward is the system, and things are really easy to find. Also, helps have clearer data of our services.

**What do you dislike about Orderry?**

What I dislike about Orderry is that it doesn't let you import data, like our fleet data.

**What problems is Orderry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for something web-based, and easy to use.

**What do you like best about Orderry?**

Love the integration with Xero, once you set it up the way the business needs it. Orderry works quite well.

**What do you dislike about Orderry?**

Can't put more then one work order for a customer, instead have to create 2 individual work orders for the same job, or create an invoice, which seems pointless when you can do it from a work order.

**What problems is Orderry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves a lot of time when doing work orders and balancing our account with the connection to xero, will enable sms feature soon.

Not really much, seriously! We just like it so much.

Help simplyfying things. Work orders and printing them out, etc. It's great!

Works for our industry (IT/electronic repairs), Xero integration, CRM is great

**What do you dislike about Orderry?**

A little overpriced, the site often refreshes while trying to fill in details, no sending end of month statements, invoicing vs work orders is difficult to get your head around.

**What problems is Orderry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less paperwork/data entry when compared to our previous system. Integration with Xero saves us time with accounting.

The application is very user-friendly and the more I use it. Its a tool for my business.

The system experiences some slowness, which leads to delays in accessing information. It is beneficial if the interface is more intuitive when transitioning between sections.

Orderry excels in managing support orders. It has simplified our order management process. Orderry enables us to generate reports and analyze data for making informed business decisions.

A very informative base of chases and guides. As soon as I signed up, I was immediately helped with my business. They have a lot of experience with service centers.

I haven't really figured out the tasks yet, but support promised to update the section this year. I really hardly use this section.

Orderry has helped us with connectivity between all of our shop locations, and has moved us from a paper and pencil order process to an internet based, real-time order process.

**What do you like best about Orderry?**

I like that i am able to customize the software and have been able to get things setup without requiring much assistance.  When I needed assistance, the support team was quick and efficient at answering my questions.

**What do you dislike about Orderry?**

The thing I dislike most about Orderry is how the Inventory lists function on the app and in the list view.  The only thing that shows up is the name, which we require to be the part number to keep it unique.  The product name is in the description, and there is no way of having that show up in the list or on the app.

**What problems is Orderry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Orderry we are now able to easily see a complete history of all repairs that have been done on each of our vehicles.  In our old system, it was easier to look through the paper files rather than find the work order in the system.  We are also able to have the technicians log their time and complete paperwork more efficiently.

**What do you like best about Orderry?**

the versatility, efficiency, and the approach we can have with the client, in addition to being able to automate many of the functions that we previously performed manually.

**What do you dislike about Orderry?**

a better filter and also be able to print the results of the filters and searches performed, apart from the aforementioned, just some improvements in the app.

**What problems is Orderry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation of contact via WhatsApp and email with the client, therefore the response time is reduced by more than 48 hours, the client is able to see the status of their equipment repair in real time.

Great database functions and easy to search features. Love how it is tailored to my business, with the ability to edit forms and templates , makes it so much more personal.

**What do you dislike about Orderry?**

The more I use it, the more I understand it. So what I might've thought was annoying, is actually quite good. 
The pairing with some of the third-party apps took some time to work though.

Bringing all my customer information into one place, means less time searching or duplicating accounts. 
Overall, keeping me more organised in less time

Easy order management, easy order search, orders tracking, easy to create and post product, reports, easy to work on different locations, good support, good app functionality.

**What do you dislike about Orderry?**

Inventory management: inventory can not be ordered on the system. Also there is no option to add spare part in order from product list if you don't have it in stock

**What problems is Orderry solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Different specialists can work with different statuses; in our case, technicians do not need to inform managers about workflow. The payroll system helps to count bonuses.
