**What do you like best about Fieldy?**

Earlier, our elevator field service business struggled with managing annual maintenance contracts, scheduling services, and preparing proforma invoices. But Fieldy helped our business with all of these and more. That's what our management loves about Fieldy. 

We are now able to quickly schedule maintenance services for our clients with Fieldy's Jobs feature. Its AMC feature helped us track and manage all past, pending and upcoming AMCs, along with enabling us to send AMC expiry alerts to clients. The most impressive feature is its invoicing, where we can customize from various templates available and easily attach payment links.

**What do you dislike about Fieldy?**

To be honest, we don’t really have anything to dislike about Fieldy. However, there are a few areas where it could be improved.

For starters, it'd suggest having default features, so we don’t have to set them up repeatedly in every module. Also, more automation in job scheduling would be great, like for example, automatically scheduling upcoming jobs based on a customer’s previous service history. And it would be even better if Fieldy could send alerts for any low stock levels in our parts and inventory.

**What problems is Fieldy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Fieldy, we had to spend almost 80% of our time and effort scheduling services by individually calling our technicians for their job status. But once we started implementing Fieldy, it removed this issue with its tech tracking feature. We are now able to see the technician's live activity status along with their job status. 

Also, when it came to preparing invoices, it was not only a time-consuming process but also most of the time filled with errors and constant proofreading. Well, Fieldy helped us with this too, with its customized and easy invoicing. 

Losing revenue and customers due to missed recurring services and expired AMCs was another thing we had to see frequently. Thankfully, Fieldy solved this one too for us with its timely alerts on upcoming AMC expirations.
