**What do you like best about EZMaxMobile?**

EZMaxMobile has helped me to enhance my working efficiency to access to work orders and asset info. Pre download work order data that MHS-ON Mascot has the ability and can be processed offline and that enables me to  work effectively.

**What do you dislike about EZMaxMobile?**

Some of the options, for instance to record multiform data or to upload photos, need the connection to the internet. This can be of course irritating in those cases where the availability of reliable network connectivity is an issue.

**What problems is EZMaxMobile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using EZMaxMobile, maintenance technicians get direct access to information in Maximo without having to constantly communicate with dispatch or go back to the office to get details.

**What do you like best about EZMaxMobile?**

The quick and easy installation and setup of the product. The powerful applications similar to the web-based version make it easy to adapt and use identical to using the web based application

**What do you dislike about EZMaxMobile?**

The user interface would require more improvements and it does take time to download the default data.

**What problems is EZMaxMobile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online and offline capabilities of the product and allowing the client to record asset information, meter readings and completing work orders in time.
