They overpromised in their timelines in completing our 3D configurator. Contract stated 8-16 weeks but we went live after 1 YEAR AND 9 MONTHS despite our timely feedback. You have to constantly prod them for updates and the Project Manager (in most instances) takes about a week to reply. The 3D modeling phase took forever to complete and the design looks basic. On the 9th month, the problem has been escalated to their President, Dale Bathum, but it took an excruciating additional year to finish the project. We've made a number of compromises just to get things going and the final result is anything but impressive.
