Great Support and Real Solutions from Expivi
Great support and professional team behind Expivi. The team is very helpful and I think they provide real solutions. Building as much configurators as possible helps to increase the value for money, but costs are still high taking into consideration that there is no alternative solution with Sana Commerce.

Exceptional 3D Visualization and Stellar Support with Expivi
I appreciate the straightforward setup process of Expivi, especially the collaborative efforts with their sales team, which helped us understand the application's capabilities and limitations. The support from the Expivi team was invaluable during our intricate integration with Shopify, ensuring our programmer fully grasped the process for a successful integration. I love that Expivi provides customers the ability to visualize their customized products with their logos or artwork on a 3D representation before purchase, making it a vital tool for our web-to-print solution. I also value the dynamic pricing feature for volume discounts, which makes pricing management easier. The visualization feature and ease of setup are standout reasons I would purchase Expivi again. Furthermore, I find it comforting that Expivi is a well-supported company with dedicated staff, unlike other products that seemed to lack reliable support. Despite its higher cost, I see significant value in what Expivi offers, making it worth the price. I would rate Expivi a 10/10 for its strong support and seamless functioning.

Excellent and very attentive service!
They're great communicators, always proactive with solutions for issues and open to providing our team with necessary training, and information to help us run our own service smoothly. Really good customer support all round! The final result has been extremely easy for us to implement, and also easy for us and our customer base to use.
