**What do you like best about Expedience Software?**

Expedience is easy to use and gives a seamless experience to the collaborators (Content Managers and SMEs) as they have to work within the boundaries of MS Word. Overall, brings down the response time to RFP's and RFI's.  

**What do you dislike about Expedience Software?**

I wish there was an RFP Management add in as well.

**What problems is Expedience Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Expedience for RFP, RFI & SOW. Biggest benefit is the seamless experience and ease of use for collaborators. Brings down the response time by 10-20%.
