What I liked most about Everlytic was how intuitive and user-friendly the platform felt. Everything was well organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I needed quickly. I also appreciated the clean design and how the features worked seamlessly together, it really gave me confidence in the tool’s reliability. A big shout to Kim and Kamo for the amazing training!

What I disliked was that some elements felt a bit cluttered and not as visually balanced as I expected. The alignment and spacing could be improved for a cleaner look, and a few sections seemed inconsistent in terms of design and clarity.

Everlytic solves the challenge of setting up and managing mailers efficiently. It makes it so much easier to filter and organize everything because all the data is in one place. I also really appreciate how simple it is to make changes in real time

I find Everlytic easy to use for sending and managing emails and SMSs. It simplifies tracking results and segmenting the audience, helping us to save time and keep communication organized. **What do you like best about Everlytic?**

We have been using Everlytic for close to 3 years for our bulk communication needs. The analytics are great, easy to understand and enable the campaigns to get better and better. I enjoy that it is a one stop platform for all communication needs, bulk mail, SMS, and even WhatsApp.

**What do you dislike about Everlytic?**

I wish that the developers could include spell check on the platform because as a platform that is used for bulk communication, some campaigns may include longer texts. Spell check would assist to ascertain that the messages are error free.

All our bulk messaging needs are addressed by Everlytic.

Inability to customize the Forms and have to result to using Google Forms instead.

Still using Everlytic and now they've launched their omnichannel including WhatsApp and AI.

Hey

I’m very excited to share the below with you, more so because this is what we as Renault asked for earlier in the year. 

I’m brining this to your attention because with the CRM development happening through PDC, that company building the new system keeps on “bad mouthing” Everlytic. 

I still feel Everlytic is the most innovative communication business for us. When I first moved over to them, they develop the SMS response for us (and all their users), meaning when a emailer bounce it automatically triggers an SMS requesting our customer for their email address and the most important, automatically updating the data without any human action. 
They have also given us email to SMS, meaning if we don’t have an email address but mobile only, by sending the customer a link the customer can view the emailer on their mobile the same it would have seen in their mail box. 

Lastly, a reminder that they are a local company, in Melrose/Sandton. Their cost is in Rands with a top-up available. For the first time in probably 5 years there’s been a slight increase in price but has been consistent otherwise. We have an active “account manager, Colin” that frequently contact us with new information, offering training to anyone interested and support team that’s only an email away.  

I thought credit should be given to those we so often work with and forget to share their achievements too, more so if their new function was triggered my idea’s we asked for😊

Current 2023, Our Corporate Identity has change. Our Social Media Icons is white on black. As it stands today, I have to change this manually with images. 
Making this change will affect all users, so Everlytic developers are looking at assisting us.

I like the fact that my sending email address does not get spammed. That my emails look professional and that my clients actually receive them. I also like the fact that they have excellent support (event late at night) and that they always help me when I need something. Their personnel are kind and realy care. I am very happy that I signed up with Everlytic and I strongly recommend their services.

I have not found any downsides. I am very happy with their services.

I used another bulk mailing service and my email address became spammed every 3 weeks. I constantly had to get a new email which also looked unprofessional with my clients. Now I do not have that problem anymore and I can send out a lot of emails without issues. I also like the fact that my clients or cold leads can usubscribe when they want to.  The templates are easy to use and look good. All of this helps me a lot as we do a lot of email promotion and it is a blessing to know I am working with a company who actually knows what they are doing, are professional and who gives me support when I need it and makes sure that I am satisfied with the support I received.

Nothing, the staff are rude, tardy and service is very slow.

Make sure you are aware of contract terms before signing up.

We signed up with Everlytic for our business under the impression that their offering matched our previous provider, particularly regarding their drag-and-drop editor and email design capabilities. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the start. The platform’s functionality did not meet the quality or ease of use we were promised. In fact, the editor felt inferior, and the quality of our communications, which has always been a core priority for our brand, suffered as a result.

After sending only three campaigns, we submitted a formal cancellation request on 20 September 2024, clearly stating we would no longer be using the service beyond that month. Regrettably, our request was met with slow and delayed responses, and the cancellation was not processed timeously. This resulted in continued automated billing and additional charges that, in our view, are entirely unjustified.

We also found ourselves misinformed about the platform’s capabilities and were told only after our complaint that a template could be created for us. By then, the damage was done, and we had neither the time nor the confidence to continue.

While we have no issue paying for the single month we actively used the platform, we strongly disagree with the additional charges and cancellation fee given the poor service, delays, and misrepresentation of the product’s capabilities.

I would caution other businesses to carefully vet their requirements and expectations before committing to Everlytic. Our experience has been frustrating, and the lack of accountability and responsiveness leaves much to be desired

Everlytic is easy to understand and use. It does not require large amounts of time on training to use it. Everything is quite understandable on the platform and is straightforward. I also love how you receive updates and feedback on the emails or messages you send to clients, such as the sent, opened, read etc.

So far I have not found anything I am not satisfied with. I have been happy with the platform and cannot complain

Time management is the biggest problem that Everlytic solves. I have a lot of different roles at my job and time management is always my biggest challenge, but with Everlytic, I do not have to spend a huge amount of time sending emails to clients. I can do other work and schedule specific times for emails to go out. Therefore, I do not have to worry about forgetting to send emails to clients with the large amount of work on my plate.

I can mostly manage to work on Everlytic without any assistance from technical support. I can often find what I am looking for without intervention or assistance. There is a lot of room to customise newsletters according to business preference and branding.

**What do you dislike about Everlytic?**

I feel like issues are almost always blamed on user error before correct advice and assistance is given or escalated to the dev team. I would like a more thorough assessment of my issue before being told it's user error only to then find it needs to be escalated to the dev team.

I can't pinpoint anything at the moment. I am still waiting for feedback to have a more user friendly way of using the social media posting by allowing customised images to be uploaded instead of a cut off snapshot of the email.

**What do you like best about Everlytic?**

I find the system really easy to use, even though there are many advanced options available. The speed of which I can setup a email campaign and execute it is unrivalled. The same goes for the management of the databases and updating them, very easy and very quick to do.

**What do you dislike about Everlytic?**

The only downside is that we run out of credits often. So I feel that a  low credit notification system will be a great addition.

We very often need to send out marketing emails, and also often on very short notification, and it works perfectly for us. The reporting and analytics is a great tool to measure campaigns and enhance certain aspects for future campaigns.

I'm not a fan of the image editing feature. I rely on it for quick cropping and resizing, but it frequently crashes, forcing me to reload the page when I'm in the middle of creating the newsletter.

The reporting and tracking fuctions ( being able to see who has read the message & where it bounced is quite useful)

Takes some time to learn & navigate. 

Sometimes auditors would like to see the actual message that has been sent for evidence , Everlytic does not have that function.

Everlytic is really an all in one bulk communications platform, offering everything you need for your company's bulk messaging.
Can send thousands of messages with ease and speed.
Easy to set up campaigns.
Great customer support and training.

It's not easy to use when you use it the first time.
Everlytic can not keep copies of the physical emails that were sent - our clients and financial intermediaries often ask for proof of communication although Everlytic gives detailed stats regarding undelivered emails, if the client opened the email (message tracking).

**What problems is Everlytic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can schedule your bulk communication and don't have to worry about anything that can go wrong.  We have used other bulk communication tools in the past, and you literally have to sit and watch the screen for technical errors and skipping of emails.

**What do you like best about Everlytic?**

Everlytic has  a very user-friendly CMS. Even relatively complex processes are fairly easy to figure out. Regular training and one-on-one support also helps us to produce the best email campaigns we can.

Occasionally the system does have small bugs. At present the hover state is very sensitive so I am struggling to edit some things - especially when the icons are very small, the hover state disappears as my cursor approaches the move or edit button which is quite frustrating.

Reaching our audience and keeping them engaged on a regular basis, in a cost effective way. Maintaining and building our email databases. Offering insights into what our audience responds to with timeous, easy-to-read reports.

The interface is very easy to understand and use. Our mailers look great and we can show a variety of content while targeting the right people. It is also reassuring that the team is based in SA and we can have in-person training if needed.

Some of our team members say there are issues when using it in Chrome - slow. Using it in Microsoft Edge works perfectly though. Some members forget to save work so an automatic save every few seconds would help.

Everlytic helps us achieve our marketing goals. It makes tailoring and sending communication quick and easy.  It allows us to do design (of mailers) in house which is saving us money.

I think autosaving while working to build your email would be great. Sometimes you click back on the browser by mistake and if you have not saved your updates you lose all the work.

Before I mention the actual product, the account management and support at Everlytic are excellent, which is one reason we stay with the platform. I believe you can still have an okay platform if your service/support team is always there with you; that is more important.

There are better native integration options with other platforms.  That is the biggest downside with the Everlytic

Hubspot integration would be such a big win for Everlytic for example.

Another thing I could mention is charging for contacts that are actively being sent emails and not the unsubscribers.

It is so easy and convenient, especially when sending bulk emails. The form functionality and landing pages are great for invitations. Emails are personalised to add that special touch.

**What do you dislike about Everlytic?**

When importing contact and personalising the recipient's greeting name, it would be great if that name only applies to that specific data list. Sometimes the same contact is added to many lists, but the sender is different and greets the recipient differently. I often edit contact names before sending the next email (using an existing data list for weekly newsletters).

**What problems is Everlytic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In transactional sending, we needed a cc field included. After some research by the Everlytic team, they were able to create this functionality for us. I do not use transactional sending but rather static, and I would also like that option.

Provides clear instructions and easy to use, also the ability to send bulk emailers in a few clicks. Easy to manage and upload contacts. Frequent emailers from Everlytic notifying us of changes and new features.

Limitations with creativity, eg the placeholders should be editable (able to increase or decrease as needed). I am currently working on an emailer where a 4 block placeholder would be ideal yet it does not support this.

Everlytic assists me to create professional bulk email communications for our sales team, to send out promotions to convert to enquiries and possible sales conversions.

Drag and drop functionalities and testing future.  The templates are easy to use and you can change and save them to your needs.  Importing contact is an simple process.

Maybe on the training side, I do not use all the functionalities because I do not know how to use them.  If I had time to experience perhaps but time is not always available.

Having to test spam scores and visualise your email's look on different email platforms.  No HTML skills are necessary, drag and drop makes it so easy.

Ability to make changes rapidly and push them to production with ease. Access to the HTML codebase to go in and make changes ourselves.

Early on I recall having some miscommunication issues with the support/dev teams, where they really weren't reading our tickets properly, which was frustrating at the time. Our CRM Andrea is great - but that interaction with the support team a year+ ago sticks out in my memory. Things have been just fine since then.

Ability to make changes to our automated comms flows without needing to go via costly development teams (we can in-house Everlytic knowledge within our team).

Some of the ways to set up workflows with customised landing pages are not always in a flowing structure to create; you have to jump from tab to tab on the left, which can be somewhat confusing for a user from a UX perspective.

The confirmation email cannot be used a day after it is sent to a client. Everlytic is resolving this issues for us and extending the time for a subscriber to confirm their newsletter subscription.
