Still using Everlytic and now they've launched their omnichannel including WhatsApp and AI.
There's no mistake in choosing them!

Hey
I’m very excited to share the below with you, more so because this is what we as Renault asked for earlier in the year.
I’m brining this to your attention because with the CRM development happening through PDC, that company building the new system keeps on “bad mouthing” Everlytic.
I still feel Everlytic is the most innovative communication business for us. When I first moved over to them, they develop the SMS response for us (and all their users), meaning when a emailer bounce it automatically triggers an SMS requesting our customer for their email address and the most important, automatically updating the data without any human action.
They have also given us email to SMS, meaning if we don’t have an email address but mobile only, by sending the customer a link the customer can view the emailer on their mobile the same it would have seen in their mail box.
Lastly, a reminder that they are a local company, in Melrose/Sandton. Their cost is in Rands with a top-up available. For the first time in probably 5 years there’s been a slight increase in price but has been consistent otherwise. We have an active “account manager, Colin” that frequently contact us with new information, offering training to anyone interested and support team that’s only an email away.
I thought credit should be given to those we so often work with and forget to share their achievements too, more so if their new function was triggered my idea’s we asked for😊

Current 2023, Our Corporate Identity has change. Our Social Media Icons is white on black. As it stands today, I have to change this manually with images.
Making this change will affect all users, so Everlytic developers are looking at assisting us.
