**What do you like best about EventHub?**

Eventhubs provide a great platform to manage, showcase, market and advertise your events with publics. It makes use of mutiple social media platforms like, facebook, Youtube, X and Instagram to advertise your planned events and helps you to manage user registration and ticketing services as well. It has a well integrated payments platform and email notification service which makes it very easy to manage and use.

**What do you dislike about EventHub?**

Their Customer service support needs a bit of reform in term of how they interact with potential clients.

**What problems is EventHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EventHub enables you to create, manage, advertise and market your planned events with the right set of audiences. It supports multiple social media and email notification service which makes it reachability quite high in term of user bases. The user registration, ticketing, payments and post event surveys are few of the great features you get.

**What do you like best about EventHub?**

It is fully managed by Azure, so we don't have to worry about installing and configuring Kafka. 
Also azure provides us to configure multiple stuff while creating evenhub e.g. retention period, deletion policy, etc.
We can use eventhub as a Kafka broker itself so it is very easy to migrate from Kafka to eventhub.

**What do you dislike about EventHub?**

It is not an in house software and is maintained by azure and thus azure does charges us for it, though charges are quite less and are charged on basis of per million events.

**What problems is EventHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are storing real time device events and we migrate from Kafka to eventhub as we shifted to iot, that is we made our devices iot enabled and each device passed it's message to azure iothub which further passed them to eventub, and our system continuosly read it from eventhub.

Need improvements on the mobile app and expand support for other OS as well
