Evaluagent gives our team one place to give and review ticket feedback. It is customizable to our team and product and really helps us keep our support bar high.

**What do you dislike about evaluagent?**

I sometimes find the interface a little unclear and not as intuitive as I would like. For example, there is not an option to remove the remote or face-to-face feedback option when an agent reviews their feedback.

**What problems is evaluagent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Evaluagent allows our team to automatically pull tickets to QA with set filters, which saves us time. It also gives our team a spot to track and document feedback on tickets.

The length of some the calls are to short so they are not able to be used at my company

It incorporates everything pertaining to evaluation of quality: evaluations, Calibration, and Coaching. I also like the bit about agents being able to acknowledge the scores received. It has a very good interphase that is very easy to navigate. Evaluations are made possible through the integration of other CRM with Evaluagent which is a plus.

I would like it to have speech analytics to help us analyze some unique words that are useful to the business. Speech analytics will let us know if agents use specific business terms to promote or sell the company more.

We used to do quality evaluations on spreadsheets. It was very time-consuming and challenging for analysts and agents to keep up with their scores and report on the same. EvaluAgent made Word easier by incorporating everything to be done on the same webpage. I can now access to information anytime and can schedule calibrations and coach agents on the same platform

I love the simplicity of Evaluagent for my team and my agents. The platfrom is easy to navigate and user friendly. I love the KPI reports and all the data I can see for all of the agents and how it easily breaks it down into dofferent formulas. The agent view is also engaging and we are already seeing an improvement in our call quality and overall pass rate with the use of Evaluagent. The 1-2-1 section is really sueful an clear for the team leaders and the agents to use and understand.

The real time data of the pass rate and quality score is my favourite feature. 

I love the score cards and how they are customiaslable. 

The support we have recieved from the team at evaluagent has been great from the very first conversation we had with them 8 months ago to today.

Only thing I would change is for the administartos to be able to see what the agents see when they receive their feedback so we can have an understanding of what they see when the evaluation has been sent to them.

Evaluagent is really easy to utilise! It's great for not only completing QA but reporting features. I can easily track the teams progress and find key data in the reporting fuctions.

Evaluagent can sometimes have system bugs, however in saying that a quick message to support and they are usually rectified in a timely manner. It would be great to see more options to filter auto work queues; such as being able to filter through call wrap code.

Being able to fully import all of our calls through Genysis Cloud. Currently we're unable to import the full customer and customer support sides of the conversation; this will help us tremendously and mean we can use the auto work queues to speed up our evaluation process and reduce the risk of QA bias.

I like that it breaks down each portion of the call that the quality assurance agent scores, and provides the date and time when the call took place. It gives a 365-day range to review all acknowledged/unacknowledged monitors that were done.

**What do you dislike about evaluagent?**

I don't like that it doesn't give the specific account that the call is referred especially if the agent states there wasn't any note placed on the application/account as I have had more than one monitor to where this has happened and I've had to dig through all previous calls taken/noted that day - come to find out I actually did notate the call. The ability to dispute the monitor real time instead of having a TEC/Supervisor dispute it on my behalf. There should be a more stream-line/real time dispute process available in this day in age.

EvaluAgent has come a long way from when I first started using it. It has made improvements to the way calls are graded, it's more user friendly as to where the menu is more precise on what I can look for with giving a breakdown box on the upper right hand corner of what's been recently added to the program/application.
