<p>Change management is the part that almost never gets scoped properly upfront. In my experience it comes up partway through when people realise the team isn't adopting the new setup and someone needs to own that. The firms that build knowledge transfer into the project from day one, rather than treating it as a handoff at the end, seem to have much better outcomes on the adoption side.</p>
