**What do you like best about evaluagent?**

Evaluagent Helps to easily track trends, improvements, and opportunities for contact center team members. I'm able to drill into the grows and glows for each of my team members each month and use that to ensure continuous progress.

**What do you dislike about evaluagent?**

The evaluation reporting dates can be confusing. Instead of listing the scorecard date as that of when it was completed it would be helpful to have the date listed as that of the actual interaction. Otherwise, I think the platform itself is well-rounded and effective in creating a place to review the quality of phone interactions.

**What problems is evaluagent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is assisting with identifying areas of struggle that need to be improved to ensure the best client/customer/merchant experience. It also assists with identifying strengths that can be reinforced to ensure consistent performance.

**What do you like best about evaluagent?**

Being able to track my progress is really nice, and the points/auction system is a great engagement tool.

**What do you dislike about evaluagent?**

The only thing is having to acknowledge the whole assesment and the individual remarks separately, especially because you see the individual remarks when acknowledging the complete assesment.

**What problems is evaluagent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You don't know what you're doing wrong until someone tells you, so having the call ready to listen and the checklist of what specifically you did/didn't do works wonders for being aware of and able to improve on one's job.

**What do you like best about evaluagent?**

Evaluagent is most helpful to me because I am able to keep records for all of my employess in one spot. Whether it's for meetings or just doing QA's Evaluagent makes it easier.

**What do you dislike about evaluagent?**

The only thing I dislike about Evaluagent is that you are able to delete some records that may have been added in error.

**What problems is evaluagent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Evaluagent is helping me to keep track via meeting with all of my employess and easily know what I need to follow up on and who with.

**What do you like best about evaluagent?**

I like that it displays agent data in a relatively easy to digest format, in an aesthetically pleasing way.
It allows me to go through all my evaluations in a short number of time.

**What do you dislike about evaluagent?**

There are many sub-pages and tabs that perhaps are not quite relevant towards the scope of my job and/or performance, and it can be a little confusing when trying to acknowledge all my evaluations.
Sometimes, I find that evaluations can get "stuck" -- as in, you acknowledge them from the notification end, but it is still showing as unresolved on a different page.

**What problems is evaluagent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy to use when receiving feedback about my work. This is how it mainly benefits me.

Feedback categories are helpful to departmentalise infomration
Ease of use

**What do you dislike about evaluagent?**

Autofails create negative dynamics.
No opportunity to discuss this with the QA team, no standardised procedures and criteria of marking.
Filters are not well designed.

**What problems is evaluagent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does not really solve any problems. The benefit is only that we can have feedback caregories. Other than that, the organisation oftentimes uses this in an arbitrary manner without standardised or clear procedures.

  ### 6. Incredible visual tool for monitoring your performance and feedback

**What do you like best about evaluagent?**

You get visual dashboards of how well you are performing and feedback from your managers about what you are doing right and what you could improve with valuable feedback. You are also able to question the feedback and dispute it.

**What do you dislike about evaluagent?**

The settings can feel quite heavy and options to acknowledge feedback can be challenging.

**What problems is evaluagent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Strict new regulations have emerged within financial services, such as the FCA's Consumer duty. When I receive feedback from my regular audits, Evaluagent helps me improve and implement change where possible. Without Evalugent, I wouldn't have been able to track a large number of past audits and provide the best service to customers I interact with on a daily basis.

Not be able to see what specifically you were docked points for -example, if "all information wasn't provided to assist the caller", I would like for it to include what specific information wasn't included so that we have a better idea & can improve going forward.

Its a service that contains our graded quality assessment forms - makes it more accessible.

Evaluagent has incredibly well integrated features that are comprehensbile even from the first time opening the site. It's easy to navigate and pleasing to the eye in terms of design.

The font size could be larger by default and the photos in the product portal could be clearer/higher resolution.

Evaluagent really puts the QA requirements in a clear cut way that is easy to digest. It solves the problem of miscommunication between departments.

I like the dashboard page, the colorful graphics make it easy to see my QA statistics at a glance.

**What do you dislike about evaluagent?**

Sometimes it can be hard to navigate if you don't acknowledge the QA immediately, QA sometimes hides and I end up needing to get help finding it when I'd like to be able to access unacknowledged reports easier.

For the most part Evaluagent solves the problem of knowing what my QA averages/scores are at a glance, this benefits me because it makes it easier to know where I stand and how I can improve as an employee.

sometimes notifications take a little time to load

Notifications take a long time to load, it's difficult to understand how to review the evaluations, the icons are not intuitive.

I really enjoy the dashboard and how easy it is to start a new evaluation.

**What do you dislike about evaluagent?**

The login process. If you leave it open and the page logs you out, you will not be able to log in, as a time-out error will be displayed. The login process is also on two different pages: one for the username and one for the password. It would be a better experience to have both on one page.

It's an easy way to evaluate my team member and keep a record of their progression

**What do you like best about evaluagent?**

I had no idea what to expect when I took on this training, but all my expectations were surpassed. 
The onboarding sessions were well organised and give you time to explore before moving on to the next session (5 in all). There were also a few exercises to complete before each session (recommended a week apart). This platform does a lot more than just evaluate calls or emails etc. Every small detail has been well thought of, from creating your point scorings to your scorecards, how often you want to evaluate your agents  to allowing feedback, awarding agents, creating autowork queues (choosing sample calls for you based on certain criteria), 1:1 sessions and much more. To be honest, I can't wait to get started and I believe my agents will find this platform really useful. This really is a game changer.

**What do you dislike about evaluagent?**

I really can't think of any bad points, this will be a game changer for us.

**What problems is evaluagent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It will ensure we have consistency within the teams and the service we offer. It will ensure that agents follow processes and learn from their mistakes. It will also help to develop agents by allowing them to listen and submit feedback on evaluations. Performance monitoring will be a much more streamlined process due to Evaluagent.

appears they are marking off/failing agents on things that are in fact being completed, and when you challenge it, they don't change it, which lowers QA scores for wording and things being completed.

This app helps us identify areas for improvement. With it, we can quickly review our quality audit with our supervisor.

I believe this app has no drawbacks, as it simplifies tasks and speeds up problem-solving.
