Everything! First, they kept generating toll-free numbers that weren't available, then I wasted hours trying to figure out how to set it up on my phone. Instructions aren't clear on their website on how to get properly set up. I downloaded the Zoip app to configure eTollFree on my phone and had a hard time getting that set up and I'm considered a tech savvy person and used many apps and other Voip services like Google Voice and Dialpad. I called to cancel since none of the numbers they gave me worked because they were all taken by someone else and they didn't cancel. Instead when I logged in I noticed there's a balance and many invoices. So today the lady in the chat box said she checked my number and it works. I had my boyfriend call me and it went to some prompts that weren't mine. So someone else is using it but they think it's mine and says it routes to my phone number. I suggest going with a more expensive solution that won't give you problems and a headache. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
