
I find Ethena's dashboard for tracking campaigns incredibly effective. It is straightforward to see who has or has not taken the training, making it easy to manage. The ability to unassign and reassign training ensures seamless adjustments when needed. Additionally, Ethena makes it simple to send notifications and nudges to individuals who need to complete their training by a specified time, which is essential for maintaining timely compliance. I also appreciate the integration with Slack, which streamlines communication and ensures that reminders and notifications are efficiently communicated. Ethena's integration with our human resources information system also contributes to an easy initial setup, enhancing its accessibility and usability. I dislike the lack of a comprehensive view for directors within Ethena. Currently, there isn't a mechanism for a director to see whether their entire team, including managers and individual contributors, has completed training. The manager insights feature is limited to one's direct team, making it challenging to access broader team data easily. This is a frequent query we encounter.
