I enjoy using ESM because it is very user friendly. I like that I can see my past purchases and reorder them again easily. I also like that I don't have to enter a lot of information again on Amazon or Staples when using it through ESM. I like that I can see all the stores that are accessible to me in one page. The only thing I dislike is sometimes it takes time to receive the emails from ESM that the order has been approved. However, sometimes it has also been a bit glitchy but calling customer service has always been a breeze and they are very helpful. I do wish checking out was a bit easier, there seems to be quite a few steps to check out when using ESM as opposed to if you went directly to the actual website and did it yourself.
