It is helpful for knowing which vendors are being used most and keeps spending on the up and up since there is oversight on purchases. **What do you dislike about ESM Purchase?** It is one extra step made before a purchases but also understandable so **What problems is ESM Purchase solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking purchases and being able to quickly see most used vendors ### 2. I like that I can see my past purchases and reorder them again easily. I also like that I don't have to enter a lot of information again on Amazon or Staples when using it through ESM. I like that I can see all the stores that are accessible to me in one page. **What do you dislike about ESM Purchase?** The only thing I dislike is sometimes it takes time to receive the emails from ESM that the order has been approved. However, sometimes it has also been a bit glitchy but calling customer service has always been a breeze and they are very helpful. I do wish checking out was a bit easier, there seems to be quite a few steps to check out when using ESM as opposed to if you went directly to the actual website and did it yourself. **Recommendations to others considering ESM Purchase:** Excellent procurement site for all your pcard purchases **What problems is ESM Purchase solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use ESM as a user friendly quick way to access all of our vendors that we can use with our purchasing card.
