"Intuitive AP Automation System"

What do you like best?

The UI is very easy to use and easy to train reviewers/approvers on.

What do you dislike?

While Esker is willing to make the product do just about anything you want, the more you customize, the higher the price tag. Not only do you pay for the work to customize, but you have to pay for maintenance and support on those customizations - and then when you want to upgrade, they have to do retrofitting to make customizations work in the new version. Would love to see them focus less on custom builds and more on building user-customizable solutions within their product.

Try not to customize too much of the product until you understand how it works better.

AP Automation. Completely paperless process for receiving, routing, approving, and paying invoices. Has greatly increased processing speed, organization, and visibility.

"Creating a new Customer Experience"

What do you like best?

One of the best things about using Esker on Demand is the time savings for the customer service team. It has allowed the team to focus less on order entry and more on creating a customer experience that will help separate our company from the competition.

What do you dislike?

Working on the SAP platform, it would be helpful if Esker would be able to read customer's POs and change each character to Upper Case in order for SAP to match information.

Recommendations to others considering the product

The ease of implementation and the support from the Esker team is incredible. The time savings and cost savings were immediately recongnized

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Using Esker on Demand has helped reduce the amount of customer service errors. It has also helped change the Customer Service team structure by eliminating the need for order entry as the representatives now have the time to enter themselves. Order support hindered the CSR's ability to learn the customers buying pattern and materials and kept their relationship with the customer's purely transnational. Now, the CSR team has the ability to learn their customers in order to anticipate their needs.

"Termsync -- Very helpful in Collections and Payments"

What do you like best?

Their TermSync software has been very useful when I am needing to work on collections. I have found that the interface is incredibly user friendly and the tools to log calls have been a huge increase over what we previously had. We were able to add our customers contact roles and numbers to Termsync which has made collections even easier.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that we can't flag an email as high priority when sent through the software like we can when we email through Outlook or another emailing service.

Using this and integrating it with Salesforce is a huge help. Saves both Time and Money when dealer with collection calls.

Termsync helps a ton with keeping notes and collecting past dues.

"Best Document Automation Software Solution!"

What do you like best?

Best software especially on Sales Order Processing. Specially build on Cloud Base so our Employee can access anytime anywhere without any hassle.

What do you dislike?

Nothing so far. All the problem that we encounter has been resolved within an hour. All of their Customer Representative all well trained so no problem can't be solve.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This Company got a lot of potential specially on businesses. It can help a lot of new business to grow fast. So I recommend more feature including does who is just starting their business more video tutorials for does who want to learn more about their products. This will help them gain more customers in the future. and also some comparison on their product base on customers needs.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It solve our problem in paper works. Now we can process all the documents via cloud no more papers no more hassle on searching for documents somewhere in the office. All documents are traceable so if a document got lost or missing we can search it in just a few clicks.

"Great for Collections Management notes & payment reminders"

What do you like best?

We can setup rules of when to send automatic payment reminders to customers. They are always coming up with new features each month, but outline and explain them easily so it's not overwhelming.

What do you dislike?

The response time of the website seems slightly slower than other portals I use throughout the day. So not really a fault to Esker/TermSync.

Very available support staff with any questions.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Touches accounts during the month that I don't have to; sending the auto-payment reminders at a certain amount of days past due. Saves time!

"TermSync"

What do you like best?

TermSync is a great collections tool. One of it's great features is, you can set up reminders to send out past due reminder letters. This can generate a lot of feed back from your customers as they can just reply to the email.

What do you dislike?

One thing I don't like is there is no way to high light or bold important details.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We currently have a higher collection rate as our customers can communicate with us through the program as well as make payments and do their own offsets.

"TermSync"

What do you like best?

The ability to log emails/messages sent to customers as collection calls. As well the capability to allow customers 24/7 access to their account information.

What do you dislike?

Not being able to delete unused/old customer accounts without contacting a representative

Highly recommend to free manpower and make customers have more accountability.

We have been able to make our collection process easier. It's more streamlined. Customers love the ability to also be able to pay at their leisure and see their account information.

"Useful tool with a few shortcomings"

What do you like best?

Esker is a useful invoice sending tool that automates the process & tracks everything. It is nice that everything is stored on the cloud & can be accessed from any web browser.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the layout of the website. Certain important information (such as customer contacts) are all the way at the bottom of the profile, which makes certain tasks take longer. Also, the tracking feature is somewhat unreliable - I have had customers swear they never received our emails even when marked as a successful transmission by Esker.

Esker helps to automate the invoice sending process, which saves a lot of time each month.

"Esker AP automation implementation"

What do you like best?

We are looking forward to implementing Esker AP on Demand shortly. Increased expense approvals, automated invoice entry, increased visibility, and reduction of paper are all expected benefits

What do you dislike?

The out of box solution does not include features that in my opinion should be standard. For example, the ability to change payment type.

Great product. Make sure out of box solution meets your minimum business requirements and be clear what will need customization or is extra cost (SSI, etc).

Automated approval workflows with correct limits of authority, improved visibility, less paper, improved processing and payment processes.

"SAVIOR"

What do you like best?

I love that Esker has cut our order entry time by 2/3. We are able to enter more orders in a day while still being able to provide excellent customer service to our customers.

What do you dislike?

I have not found anything that I dislike. Honestly we love Esker.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It is worth the time and cost. You will see results immediately. Participate in all available testing and advise Esker offers. They know their product and are super helpful.

We have been able to reduce the amount of errors per CSR, per order to almost NONE. We have been able to enter more orders daily, allowing us to satisfy customer needs.

"Esker Cloud Fax"

What do you like best?

The product has been rock solid. Many cloud fax providers I have used in the past have had issues but none so far.

What do you dislike?

There is little customization options without paying. If you have multiple accounts under a main account, you have to open tickets to have numbers or users moved as they won't let you do this.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It allowed us to continue our cloud imitative of moving everything we can to the cloud.

"Esker on Demand Review"

What do you like best?

I like the organization of invoices. It's nice having them at your fingertips whether they are out for approval or paid.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes when I enter a new cost center on non-po invoices, the workflow doesn't appear.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Take the time to list everything you are currently doing that will need to be done through Esker such as accruing tax, adding meet codes, processing fixed asset invoices, etc.

Better control with payments going out the door. The reporting feature is great!

"AMAZING PRODUCT"

What do you like best?

It makes order entry so quick and easy! I can't believe how much time it has saved our company!

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the system crashes and does not work properly with our in house application.

"One Stop Shop"

What do you like best?

Your customers can review their account balances, look up invoices and make payments all in one location along with being able to track communication between the two parties.

What do you dislike?

Nothing I dislike with TermSync....Great System!
