Straightforward, but deceiving **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Defense & Space | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2025 **What do you like best about ERIN?** It was a pretty straightforward process to send a referral to my friend to apply to our company. **What do you dislike about ERIN?** I understood my colleague was coming back to the company within 12 months of previously leaving, but ERIN seemed to have provided confirmation that my referral bonus would be held until my friend had passed his 1-year mark, in May. All the emails I received seemed to point towards that conclusion, and I was looking forward to the bonus in May. However, I received yet another automated email and it stated that my referral bonus was now "$0." All the emails previously sent out seemed to hype everything up for a catastrophic fall in the end. **What problems is ERIN solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was unaware ERIN was used for employee referrals, but it was mainly used for submitted a job requisition for a friend. **Official Response from Evan White:** > Thank you for your review and for sharing your feedback. We understand that this can be a frustrating experience. The eligibility process is unique to each organization and controlled by your company. ERIN automates the employee referral process by integrating with other systems at your company to provide it with eligibility information. Unfortunately, depending on the other technologies, that information may not be available earlier to determine that you are ineligible for a bonus. ### 2. Not the best experience **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2024 **What do you like best about ERIN?** It's great for tracking purposes (bonuses, applicant statuses, etc.) **What do you dislike about ERIN?** I use the app on my personal device and also on a pc a few times a week. It's easy to understand, but the app has many glitches. The search/filter options are difficult to use for my facility (Trinity Health) as the MercyOne Des Moines locations have to remove the Trinity Health filter even though we are owned by Trinity Health. We are unable to see vital information needed to get people to apply (wages, full job descriptions are sometimes missing, hours aren't listed, sometimes the job descriptions formatting is terrible on mobile devices, etc.) Could use some improvement. **What problems is ERIN solving and how is that benefiting you?** ERIN is trying to help us find competent staff, but it has yet to benefit me. Staff aren't hearing back about jobs in a timely fashion. I was expecting a bonus for a referral. Pay day (Friday) came and I didn't receieve the bonus. The bonus was rejected the following week. I was really counting on that money and it's a shame that it was rejected without notification and after it was payment was expected. **Official Response from Sarah Wright:** > Hello! Standard web interface. Not difficult to use. **What do you dislike about ERIN?** My referral was rejected because the candidate had applied to a DIFFERENT role with the company within 60 days. Also, the referal process was not tied in with the internal job listings (WorkDay). My candidate sent me the req ID, which I looked up in Work Day, which told me I had to go to a DIFFERENT site to refer the candidate (even thought there was a REFER button right there in the job listing. **What problems is ERIN solving and how is that benefiting you?** Right now, it creates more problems than it solves **Official Response from Sarah Wright:** > Hello, we’re sorry to hear that you’re having problems with ERIN. Erin doesn't seem to be able to, our our company is using, any features to track the different tiers of bonuses for referring someone. **What problems is ERIN solving and how is that benefiting you?** None.
