What do you like best about ERIN?

Overall Experience with ERIN

I do not use ERIN in my day-to-day work, so my exposure to the platform is somewhat limited. When I do access it, however, the interface feels intuitive and easy to navigate. Finding open positions to refer candidates is straightforward, and I haven’t experienced any frustration while moving through the system. Overall, it runs smoothly and performs well during the time I spend using it, with no noticeable technical issues.

Day-to-Day Use & Interface

Although ERIN is not something I regularly use within my department at the hospital, my limited use has been positive from a usability standpoint. The platform is easy to navigate, and information—particularly open positions—is clearly laid out. Because of this, even infrequent users like myself can quickly understand where to go and what actions to take.

Integrations & Performance

I’m not familiar with ERIN’s integration capabilities, as I haven’t connected it to any other tools in our technology stack. Similarly, I don’t have insight into how it handles heavier workloads or high-demand scenarios, since it is not actively used by our department. That said, during my individual use, performance has been reliable and fast.

Value & Pricing

I’m not involved in the purchasing or pricing decisions related to ERIN, so I can’t speak to whether the cost aligns with the value it provides. My role doesn’t include evaluating its return on investment.

Onboarding, Training & Support

I have not interacted with customer support, nor have I gone through any formal onboarding or training for ERIN. I believe additional training would be very beneficial, as it would help users better understand the full range of features and how to use the platform more efficiently. Having structured guidance or resources would likely increase confidence and adoption.

What do you dislike about ERIN?

I was unaware of the ability to update my settings to filter to a certain distance from my location, and then I could refine or change that filter if I wanted to search outside my area. If we had a better onboarding process then maybe it would be more beneficial when we are using ERIN. I also can’t speak to whether the pricing is a good value or whether we’re getting our money’s worth, since I wasn’t involved in purchasing ERIN. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
