I particularly appreciate its ability to streamline delinquency follow-ups and maintenance work orders, which significantly reduces my workload. The feature that allows for easy revision and updating of knowledge is also a standout, enhancing the platform’s adaptability to my evolving needs. EliseAI's automation capabilities have notably reduced staff workload, which was one of the primary reasons for transitioning from our previous solution, Anyone Home. Despite the initial setup being intensive, it was well worth the effort, resulting in a streamlined and efficient workflow. I find the affordability aspect of EliseAI challenging, as it lacks a single affordable housing option and needs more customization capabilities in this area. Additionally, I am concerned that the AI's ability to respond with rent ranges based on resident income is limited, as it currently defaults to pulling just the market rate from the Property Management System (PMS).
