Some of the salient features which i liked are: 1. Fully web-based administration, which enables remote administration. 2. It has multichannel and as well as channel-specific analytics. 3. Best gain with eGain over user access and role authority. 4. Easy to use the widest variety of deployment options, eg. subscription-based etc. 5. Complete customer information and interaction history, as well as the automation-based service, which helped manage customers effectively. **What do you dislike about eGain Mail?** Although the application is best as per service experience but something i really wanted to be improved are: 1. Application is a little bit sluggish when experiencing heavy load. 2. UI should be easier to use or user-friendly. 3. Should have more product customization options plans. **What problems is eGain Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** eGain mail helped me in managing customer requests in a wider scope and, through its automated mail service, helped in managing business cost effrectively.It's customization plans helped me to choose an effective solution for my business requirement. Some of its features are just awesome, like customer analytics, AI based suggestions and easy administration etc helped me alot. ### 2. Best customer Mail Management **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Jonathan M. | Data Analytics, Online Media, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2022 **What do you like best about eGain Mail?** Approaching email and webform enquiries are  managed using predefined work processes.  Contains administration-level triggers to automate email steering and  checking.  In-depth analysis of the content of all inbound email enquiries.  Capability to deliver pre-programmed messages and direct professionals'  responses.  All client questions are answered and followed up. **What do you dislike about eGain Mail?** Because it lacks a notification manager, one  must repeatedly access the system to see the  news, which we cannot find out. Unfortunately,  the maximum attachment size is limited, thus we must rely on third-party file sharing services. **What problems is eGain Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are responding to consumer emails so that  they do not have to call.  When our phones are busy, consumers may still  get their issues fixed by email, which is  convenient. Automated notifications can be set  up, allowing us to receive reports daily, weekly, or monthly. Allows business owners to focus on  more essential elements of their day while  someone else who is more equipped for the job  takes care of mail and other administrative tasks. ### 3. There are pre-defined workflows to manage incoming email and web form inquiries. **What do you dislike about eGain Mail?** Too much granularity can result in too much work for businesses. Businesses can configure fine-grained co-browsing rules to disable read or edit access for agents but it can be cumbersome. **What problems is eGain Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing large volumes of customer emails and web forms with ease. Intelligent parsing of the email content of all inbound email inquiries. Ability to send auto-responses. ### 4. Create Entry points, Block the special characters. **What do you dislike about eGain Mail?** Activity and Case ID are sometimes stuck in the mailbox, and the cause is mail not delivered. eGain has to match the compatibility with all the Browsers. **What problems is eGain Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Egan KB articles is the perfect option. When people send an email, we can set automatic revert based on KB articles. ### 6. Its ease of use is something quite remarkable too, since its interface has a fairly simple design that allows me to navigate the entire system without any type of inconvenience or major setback, its customer service is quite attentive when answering questions and concerns, and they have rarely lasted more than a day to respond to any request from me **What do you dislike about eGain Mail?** It does not have a notification manager, so I must be constantly entering the system to see the news, since otherwise I cannot find out. **What problems is eGain Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Carrying out email communications for me was something really annoying, due to the large number of messages that arrived daily to my inbox, however, this application has allowed me to segment emails in a much more efficient way depending on of its nature, which has helped us to get messages to the department they need to reach much faster, thus reducing my clients' waiting times for responses. ### 9. The installation and integration of our mail addresses was done quickly. **What do you dislike about eGain Mail?** Unfortunately the maximum attachment size is limited, so we have to use external file sharing providers. **What problems is eGain Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** The simplicity makes the difference. We need a secure and reliable mail account - this one is it and we can manage multiple mail addresses in one inbox. The apps for ios and Android are very user friendly. ### 10. I'm sure there are many features additional to this but I also know for certain that many will make use of such sites, myself included. I cannot tell you how many times staff have sent out incorrect mails which have costed me at the end of the day. Now there is no cover for this sort of in-correction and this site merely allows for that stress to be removed entirely. **What do you dislike about eGain Mail?** I see that it's base is still new so to speak and as far as I can see has no official landing page or website. Well perhaps there is a main webpage, but sadly on my side nothing comes up. So this in itself makes me a bit nervous. **Recommendations to others considering eGain Mail:** Firstly before anything, a detailed web page illustrating company services and so forth. Reviews are also important and can validate whether this is legit or not, and goes without saying that reviews determine placement in the market and add value. We all need to start somewhere indeed, this much I know but a person would essentially be able to source such activity in a heartbeat. **What problems is eGain Mail solving and how is that benefiting you?** No problems are being solved at this time. The benefits as per above mentioned, allows for business owners to focus on more important aspects of there day whilst someone else more suited for the role takes care of mails and so on. ### 11.
