
eGain is best for companies to manage customer emails and webforms responsively and effectively, so when you respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally every time with instant response.
Some of the salient features which i liked are:
1. Fully web-based administration, which enables remote administration.
2. It has multichannel and as well as channel-specific analytics.
3. Best gain with eGain over user access and role authority.
4. Easy to use the widest variety of deployment options, eg. subscription-based etc.
5. Complete customer information and interaction history, as well as the automation-based service, which helped manage customers effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although the application is best as per service experience but something i really wanted to be improved are:
1. Application is a little bit sluggish when experiencing heavy load.
2. UI should be easier to use or user-friendly.
