eGain: A competitive call tracking solution review

Compare to other call tracking solution eGain is easy to use and integrate with other solutions. eGain also have features commonly used by contact centers. Customer support is also easy to reach out. I also would like to highlight the platform because it is very user friendly and is easy to use.

Effortless Call handling with Awesome features !

I use eGain Call Track everyday across different shifts, and it's become a must-have for handling thousands of interactions smoothly. It's packed with awesome features like smart call categorization, workflow automation, and knowledge base integration, which is really helpful. The set up is quick and easy, needing only a little training, and eGain's customer support has always been fantastic, I can always expect quick response from them. Integrating call tracking with our current CRM and existing system was super smooth !
