What do you dislike about EdAssist?
The interface is terribly unfriendly. Fees cannot be organized in a logical way, and tuition and technology fees have to be listed under a course as if they were "course related," though they are not listed as such by the university. This has caused much confusion. Often times, reimbursement filings are rejected because of personal preferences on the end of the EdAssist employees. If they don't understand a particular receipt or bill, it is sent back, adding days to the process. Explanations on how to claim fees are unclear and difficult to locate on the website. Response time is also often slow, taking up to a week in some cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recommendations to others considering EdAssist:
Read the fine print, ask lots of questions, and adequately train your employees before implementing this software. Expect delays and complications with applications and approvals. Once the approval goes through, though, the payment process is smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
