
I have found the support representatives to be very responsive and in a timely manner. I do not find the help center to be very useful to me most of the time. When I send a question to the support reps, they have always done a great job in answering my questions. They also have good follow up in ensuring that I have all the answers I need. ECP also has many features that allow for the program to be a place to store most of our information on residents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ECP does offer many features, however some of them come at an extra cost. For a nonprofit as small as ours it is not cost effective to be able to utilize all of the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
