I have found the support representatives to be very responsive and in a timely manner. I do not find the help center to be very useful to me most of the time. When I send a question to the support reps, they have always done a great job in answering my questions. They also have good follow up in ensuring that I have all the answers I need. ECP does offer many features, however some of them come at an extra cost. For a nonprofit as small as ours it is not cost effective to be able to utilize all of the features.
