**What do you like best about Ebbot?**

Very convenient to use and be an administrator for. Fun to build scenarios and train the bot based on the conversations and questions asked by customers. 
A lot helpful for our customers to find what they are looking for on the website.
Support at Hello Ebbot is amazing and always there for a quick reply!
The team implementing the chatbot was very helpful, and professional and had a good understanding of the situation in our industry and company.

**What do you dislike about Ebbot?**

The program is only available in english, would prefer swedish. An app for smartphone would be great!

**Recommendations to others considering Ebbot:**

Hear them out and why not ask for reference customers in the same industry as your company. We did and received a lot of useful advice and had great pep talks along the way!

**What problems is Ebbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps our customers to find what they are looking for on our website. =saves time and frustration for us and our customers
A more warm and welcoming FAQ for our customers. = less phone calls and e-mails to take care of at customer service. 
Chat= possibility to interact with customers in a another way and share documents and pictures with the customer in real time.

**What do you like best about Ebbot?**

Ebbot is an easy to use chatbot, I find it very user friendly for administration, easy to train and well designed, and both the agent chatting experience and chatbot interaction with customers are great. More than that, they have an excellent, loving support team that are highly talented and always able to help me out.

**What do you dislike about Ebbot?**

I find their statistics tool a bit challenging to navigate, but once you get the hang of it, there are a lot of parameters that you can subscribe to. While it is not top scoring, it is a good tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Ebbot:**

Hear them out, their sales team is very professional, sincere and knows their product very well.

**What problems is Ebbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are assisting our customers with self-service and make it easy for us to train it further. It also has smart solutions for when the chatbot can no longer be of service. We have seen a clear optimization and even reduction of specific types of queries that we've trained the bot especially thoroughly with, and feel a great reward in having them as our bot provider. Also thanks to its ability to answer identifying questions of our customers, we are able to more swiftly assist people that contact us for help.

**What do you like best about Ebbot?**

Ebbot can help the customers and create tickets directly to our CRM.

**What do you dislike about Ebbot?**

It would be great if it was a standalone app for windows/mac because today you have the chatt in one of your tabs in your browser so you can easily miss a chatt.

**Recommendations to others considering Ebbot:**

Have your specifications ready if you would like to integrate it with your CRM via API.

**What problems is Ebbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ebbot is answering many FAQ questions and can also register tickets from customers around the clock. So we don't need people working 24/7.
