At Hello Ebbot, we love the customer journey. Vi use the latest technology to keep developing our beloved chatbot Ebbot, but we also understand that we need people to deliver the best customer service in the world. The collaboration between Ebbot and our state of the art SmartChat for agents is something we've poured our hearts into. The idea is that Ebbot will take care of the majority of repetitive questions, while, with more time on their hands, human agents will create the best experience possible for more complex cases. Employees are therefore more motivated and will stay longer at their job than before. One of the many insights we have from completed chatbot projects with large companies is that by taking a proactive role as a solution provider in a project like this, we kan make sure the outcome is great all while not using too much resources from our customers.
