The e-Bate support team is always available to support us every step of the way, offering valuable advice and assistance. They can also create new features as needed to meet your specific requirements. **What do you dislike about e-bate?** Currently, the e-Bate system cannot redirect members directly to reports on the Amazon Quick Suite platform. Due to the Quick Suite registration and access process requires some time and interaction with members. The E-Bate support team is aware of this constraint and is actively working to resolve it. **What problems is e-bate solving and how is that benefiting you?** The E-Bate digitizes and automates our entire rebate tracking process, delivering the reliable output reports essential for our operations. Throughout the set up and implementation phase, the e-Bate team have been absolutely brilliant in helping us learn everything and get the system set up for our business needs. They have really gone above and beyond to help us get the most out of the system. If the functionality we wanted wasn't quite possible, they would either create it or work together with a work around. This software creates brilliant output reports, which has benefitted many teams within our business. Outstanding team here at e-Bate. **What do you dislike about e-bate?** There are very little downsides to e-Bate. The only downside is getting the system set up. This is the case for many systems as it takes a lot of time. However, once it is set up, most of the work is done and you can get started using the system. **What problems is e-bate solving and how is that benefiting you?** e-Bate is allowing us to track all of our rebates digitally.
