Currently, the e-Bate system cannot redirect members directly to reports on the Amazon Quick Suite platform. Due to the Quick Suite registration and access process requires some time and interaction with members. The E-Bate support team is aware of this constraint and is actively working to resolve it. e-Bate is an easy system to use and all of the team have got to know it so quickly. Throughout the set up and implementation phase, the e-Bate team have been absolutely brilliant in helping us learn everything and get the system set up for our business needs. They have really gone above and beyond to help us get the most out of the system. If the functionality we wanted wasn't quite possible, they would either create it or work together with a work around. There are very little downsides to e-Bate. The only downside is getting the system set up. This is the case for many systems as it takes a lot of time. However, once it is set up, most of the work is done and you can get started using the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
